hi Fang, please can i ask a Monkey D Luffy x strawhat male!reader who is like Black☆Star from Soul Eater ? He is loud, stubborn, and arrogant but endearing (he sees himself as a star and wants to surpass even God). He loves being the center of attention and has no sense of discretion, even during infiltration missions. He is an extremely skilled ninja, loyal, and deeply cares about his loved ones he's willing to do anything for them

ᯓᡣ𐭩 Maybe not everyone could see why you became a part of the crew, but Luffy saw potential in you immediately. Reaching for your dreams was very important to him, and though yours were bigger than most, your sheer passion and loyalty was what made him convinced you'd be an amazing pirate on his crew
ᯓᡣ𐭩 It was a bit of trial and error to figure out what your position would be, especially when he had to think it over after your first infiltration mission when terribly sideways. Seeing your skills when it came to things like stealth, he decided to employ you as a sort of secret wildcard
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Luffy never seemed deterred by your big ambitions and boisterous personality, if anything it drew him to you more. With Luffy constantly encouraging you, you two quickly became a chaotic duo that the other Straw Hats had to keep their eyes on
ᯓᡣ𐭩 A major factor Luffy appreciated in you was your ability to put your whole heart into anything you did. When it came down to it, you were a brave pirate who fought for what you love and who you cared for. Luffy could relate to that greatly, and always cheered you on when you got hyped up
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Luffy also would help remind you to take things easy when needed. Sometimes what you really need is to take a deep breath and enjoy what you have, rather than focusing on what you could be. Live it up, have some good food, let loose! To have a dream is to live for it, not feel weighed down by it
ᯓᡣ𐭩 The captain was always willing to help you wind down, and reminded you to take care of yourself too. He made sure to always set aside food for you, have you tag along in whatever gun was planned, and even checking in on you regularly
ᯓᡣ𐭩 With the way you two complemented each other so well, it was no wonder you both seemed to understand each other. You could practically guess what the other was thinking at any given time, which could be for both the better and the chaotic
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Luffy promised from the moment he met you that he would help you achieve your dreams, no matter what it would take to get there. Sure, you were aiming high, but so was he. And if he could become the Pirate King, then you should be able to dream as big as you want. He'd be by your side at every step
a/n: this is 100% a crack fic, but i had so much fun writing it. hopefully everyone enjoys it. just some silly, goofy, slice-of-life straw hat christmas fluff. also, this is my first op fanfic, which is even more bonkers.

“You’re joking,” Zoro says, voice deadpan and glaring at you.
“No!” You grin. “I’m dead serious. It’ll be fun!” You rock back and forth on the balls of your feet, excitement coursing through you.
“You’ve lost your damn mind, woman,” he says, but you just giggle.
“Stop being so stoic. You know you want to.”
“I really don’t.”
“But it’ll be fun!”
“No, it won’t.”
“It’ll be hot,” you try instead. Zoro’s eyebrows raise and he lets out a surprised huff of air.
“You really have lost your damn mind!”
“Nuh uh!” You argue. “You in the red suit, the fake beard? It’d be hot. Plus, I hear Santa likes a little present for all the effort he goes through on Christmas. Milk and cookies—wait, no—sake and, well…” You trail off with a flirtatious lilt in your voice.
You watch cheekily as Zoro’s face heats up, the red tint noticeably creeping up his neck.
“Watch that mouth, would you?” He grumbles, but you can tell it’s all bark. His lips twitch like he’s holding back a smirk. He’s already given in.
.
The next morning, you wake to screaming out on the deck. Straining your ears, you make out Chopper’s excited voice mixing with Luffy’s.
“Luffy, it’s Christmas! I can’t wait for everyone to see the gifts I got them!”
Luffy’s boisterous laugh booms, and you can hear the excitement in his voice. “Yeah! And I can’t wait for the feast! Sanji said there would be meat!”
Their laughter fades out and you let out a groan, about ready to fall back asleep, but the door to the room you share with Nami and Robin slams open, banging against the wall and shaking some of the pictures on the wall. Nami is standing in the doorway, a smug look on her face as she watches you bolt up and send a glare her way.
“Rise and shine, Sleeping Beauty! It’s Christmas! Sanji’s already got a special breakfast ready, and you don’t want Luffy to eat it all before you even get up.”
You frown, but you know she’s right. As you’re swinging your legs over the side of the bed, Robin appears in the doorway, too.
“Plus,” she adds cheerily, a soft and amused smile across her lips, “Chopper and Usopp are demanding presents. I think Franky promised a gift launcher, too.”
“A gift launcher?” You laugh. “He’s going to launch their presents at their face. I have got to see that!”
The girls laugh with you and wait for you to dress, and you all walk up to the kitchen together.
As you enter, your nose is met with the sweet and savory scents of Sanji’s Christmas Breakfast. You see all sorts of mouth watering foods sitting on the table family style: bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, ham, pancakes, and more. You feel your mouth start to water just looking at it.
“Sanji, you’ve outdone yourself!” You praise, sitting down next to Zoro who frowns at your compliment to the chef.
“Thank you, mon cheri!” Sanji immediately thanks with great enthusiasm and a slight blush from the compliment.
“It’s alright,” Zoro says under his breath, which makes you giggle.
“Good morning, grumpy,” you tease, pressing a chaste kiss to his cheek. He lets a soft, barely there smile touch his lips in response. You smile wider. Well, that is until you feel the feeling of being watched creep up and settle in your stomach. Concerned and confused, you turn your head, eyes wandering the table for the source of your unease. Your eyes leave Zoro, drifting to Sanji across from you who is setting a glass of orange juice in front of Nami, to Robin who is kindly listening to Usopp tell a story about his dream, to Franky who is pressing his nose in search of a “Super Christmas Hairdo,” to Luffy who is already shoving food down his throat, to Brook who is playing a Christmas carol on his violin, and finally to Chopper who is glaring daggers into your skull.
You shift uncomfortably in your seat as you meet Chopper’s upset eyes, frowning at the reindeer’s obvious disdain for you this morning.
“Uh, Chopper?” You ask hesitantly. “Is everything alright? You’re looking at me like I called you a raccoon,” you tease, hoping to ease some of the tension.
Zoro lets out a confused “hmm” and side eyes you when he hears you address Chopper. None of the other Straw Hats have noticed your… disagreement? with the ship’s doctor yet.
“Alright?! Is everything alright?!” Chopper screams at you, effectively silencing the pirate crew, pulling everyone’s attention to you and him. Sanji stops pouring Nami’s drink, Usopp stops his story mid sentence, Franky pauses his hairstyling, and Brook’s music stops with an irritating screech.
You purse your lips, heart rate picking up and anxiety spiking as the normally gentle, easygoing reindeer yells at you.
“I saw you last night!” He points an angry hoof at you. “How could you do that to Zoro?! To the crew?!” Tears well up in his eyes. “We trusted you! Zoro trusted you!”
Zoro stiffens, eyebrows pinching together at the accusation. What could Chopper possibly be talking about? Did you betray him or something? If so, when could that even have happened? The two of you were together all night.
Your own eyebrows pinch together in confusion, and you put your hands up as if to both placate the angry doctor and to convey your own innocence.
“Chopper,” you say hesitantly, feeling the whole crew watching you with bated breath. “I don’t know what you’re talking about. What did I do?”
Chopper wails, tears pouring out of his eyes like waterfalls. “What do you mean you don’t know? Don’t play dumb with me! I saw you! I saw you and… and… and him!” He wails again.
The whole crew gasps, and you only get more confused. “Chopper, what are you talking about? Who’s him? I spent the whole night with…” You trail off because it hits you. Right then, like a cannon ball to the gut. “Oh,” you breathe, your cheeks warming in embarrassment.
“I knew it! Explain yourself!” Chopper demands, pointing at you again.
“Y/N, what is he talking about?” Robin asks carefully.
“Sounds to me like Y/N got tired of Mosshead’s affections, or lack thereof,” Sanji says, having put down the juice pitcher in favor of lighting a cigarette.
“But Y/N wouldn’t do that!” Nami defends, but she looks at you concerned and unsure. “Right?”
“I can explain,” you say hesitantly. “Zoro, a little help here?” You plead, turning your gaze towards him in search of support. Zoro, however, is eyeing you suspiciously. He hasn’t put two and two together yet. Idiot.
“No, I’d like you to shine a little light on the situation,” he says. The Straw Hats watch on anxiously. Maybe you had betrayed Zoro if he doesn’t know what you’re talking about.
“Thanks for nothing,” you grumble, kicking his leg under the table in annoyance.
“Hey! Is something going on?” Luffy cuts in, a confused look on his face and a mouth full of meat.
Usopp leans over conspiratorially, covering his mouth with the back of his hand, and whispers, “Y/N’s cheating on Zoro.”
Luffy’s mouth drops open as he stares at you. “WHAT?!” He yells and stands up abruptly, forcing his hands down on the table and leaning forward. “Y/N, HOW COULD YOU DO THAT TO ZORO! HE’S YOUR FRIEND!”
“Woah! Please, Luffy, calm down! I can explain! Really! I didn’t cheat on Zoro!”
“Then why did Usopp say you did?” Luffy challenges.
You sigh, turning your attention back to Chopper who is still eyeing you with contempt.
“Chopper, will you please tell everyone exactly what you saw? What I was doing and with whom?”
Chopper eyes you suspiciously but nods his head in agreement, a determined hmph leaving his mouth.
“I saw Y/N on the deck last night when I was leaving my office,” he explains. “She was kissing a man.”
The crew, confused and upset, turn to you.
“So it’s true, then?” Sanji asks.
“I can’t believe this,” Franky says, voice wary.
“Well, this is certainly unexpected,” Brook adds.
“Shit,” Zoro says simply, eyes closed tight in irritation.
You side-eye and smirk at him. “You caught up now? Join me in the embarrassment, Zo.”
His good eye opens. He glares at you. “I liked it better when I didn’t know what the hell Chopper was talking about.”
You smile at her and nod. “Chopper,” you say, “can you please tell our friends who you saw me kissing?”
Another determined nod from Chopper.
“Santa Claus. I saw Y/N kissing Santa Claus.”
The room falls into a stunned silence. Everyone stares at Chopper in disbelief, then at you.
“Santa Claus?” Sanji asks, dumbstruck.
“You’re kidding me, right?” Nami asks.
“Chopper, are you sure that’s what you saw?” Robin asks, an amused smile painting her lips. She’s already put two and two together.
“Is Santa even real?” Brook questions.
Chopper nods again. "Yes! He was wearing the red suit! And he had a big white beard and green hair! And it was Christmas Eve!"
"Wait a second," Luffy says. "Green hair?" Your captain can be slow to the punch sometimes, but he isn't a complete moron. His confused eyes shift from Chopper to Zoro.
"Green hair?" Usopp repeats. "Chopper, Santa doesn't have green hair."
"He doesn't?" Chopper questions, looking up at Usopp. His brows scrunch together as he thinks. "Oh, I guess he doesn't. His hair should be white like his beard, right?"
Luffy and Usopp nod at the reindeer.
"Well, if it wasn't Santa, then who was it?" Chopper asks, genuine confusion lacing his words.
"Well, Chopper, who do we know that has green hair and Y/N is allowed to kiss?" Robin responds to the doctor with a kind—albeit amused—grin.
Sanji lets out a genuine, boisterous laugh. Tears well up in his eyes as he laughs, pointing a finger at Zoro. "You actually wore a Santa costume? Oh, this is too good. Chopper, please tell me you took a picture."
Chopper ignores Sanji and addresses Zoro instead. "Oh, it was you? That's fine, then! Sorry, Y/N. I should have known you wouldn't cheat on Zoro like that," he says with an apologetic and relieved smile.
"It's okay, Chopper. I'm just glad we got it cleared up," you say, patting the adorable, naive doctor on the head.
Meanwhile, Nami hits Sanji on the head, causing a massive welt to grow on his head. "Shut it, will you?!" She yells at him. "You would put one on, too, if I asked, or if Robin asked, or if Y/N asked!"
"Sorry, Nami-swan," Sanji barely gets out. "You're right." His voice is laced with pain.
"Well, if it was just Zoro, who cares?" Luffy asks, already sitting down to continue his breakfast, arm stretching across the table for yet another piece of meat. "LET'S EAT!" He exclaims, biting into the food.
Zoro, though, is bright red, and he looks like he wants nothing more than to disappear.
"You okay there, swordsman?" You question teasingly, letting a comforting hand fall to his thigh to rub soothing shapes there.
"I knew putting that stupid costume on was a bad idea," he grumbles.
You merely laugh and lean in to whisper in his ear. "I'm sorry, Santa," you tease. "We might have got ourselves put on the naughty list last night, but that big present you gave me was certainly worth it. Don't you think?"
The Straw Hat’s archeologist finds out you’re pregnant.

pairing: nico robin x fem!reader
a/n: i’m so happy to have gotten the request. i wanted to write this for robin back when i wrote nami’s, but i couldn’t decide how reader got pregnant. i think i’m happy with what i came up with. anyhoo! thank you for the request, anon! enjoy!! <3

It starts out small. First, you begin to feel a bit lethargic, taking the time to lie down and rest more often than normal. Second, you start feeling nauseous in the morning, especially when you wake up. Third, you start wrinkling your nose at the smell of meat, which offends both Sanji and Luffy (for separate reasons). So, yes, it starts out small, and you don’t put two and two together. It is perfectly plausible you’re ill. After all, too much time at sea can take its toll. Right? Though, while you have been and are blissfully unaware, there is one Straw Hat that is not so easily fooled.
Nico Robin notices everything.
Robin notices how you begin sleeping more than usual. She notices how you begin spending mornings bent over the toilet, emptying the contents of your stomach. She notices how you begin avoiding the kitchen when Sanji cooks and how you begin wrinkling your nose and attempting not to gag when Luffy brings out meat. She notices. She ponders it. She takes all of 30 seconds to do the mental math and come to the ever obvious conclusion: you’re pregnant.
The revelation, of course, has the potential to be concerning for most people, but not for you and Robin.
You and Robin have spent years together. You and Robin have loved each other for each one. Of course, after committing several years of your lives to one another—marrying each other on the deck of the Sunny and promising yourselves to each other as your friends, your crew, bore witness—it’s only natural you both felt a new chapter was ready to begin.
So, you discussed children.
So, you agreed to try.
Then, with a little (reluctant) help from the Surgeon of Death, you and your love took a chance. Law managed to use his Op Op Fruit to combine yours and Robin’s DNA and artificially inseminate you (not without a warning of low success rates).
Since then, it has been a waiting game, and you have been waiting with a healthy amount of skepticism. Robin has tried to keep her hopes realistic, yet she has held on to an uncharacteristically high amount of optimism that has paid off.
When her observations support the idea that your attempt at starting a family has paid off, Robin begins concocting a plan to confirm your pregnancy and break the news of your growing family to you—all without clueing you in to her actions.
Confirming your pregnancy isn’t particularly difficult. Since you’d been feeling ill, Robin convinces you to see Chopper for a quick checkup, insisting that it can’t hurt, even if you’re fine. She enlists Chopper’s help, filling him in on her suspicions and insisting he run a blood test to confirm the pregnancy. She swears him to secrecy, offering him cotton candy if he doesn’t tell you the real reason he’s testing your blood, and of course he accepts the bribe happily and feeds you a vague lie about checking your vitals. When Chopper confirms Robin’s suspicions with you none the wiser, the Straw Hat Archeologist is able to move on to the second part of her plan: telling you.
Step 2 is not extravagant, but nothing between you and Robin has ever had to be. Robin decides the best way to inform you of the incoming Straw Hat is a simple date: something sweet, intimate, and unassuming. So, she plans a picnic dinner aboard the Sunny. She lays out a soft picnic basket beneath Nami’s tangerine trees, setting a vase full of your favorite flowers from her garden in one corner and various candles of different sizes and colors in the others to help hold the blanket down. She then borrows a tone dial from Usopp and gets Brook to record a violin rendition of your favorite song on it, and she places it neatly beside the flowers. She cashes in a favor from Sanji, enlisting him to prepare your favorite meal (that won’t make you sick) and sparkling cider, packing it neatly into a picnic basket. Then, she makes her way to the library, searching for a book she once read, carefully highlighting a couple lines in it before marking the page with a bookmark. She places the book safely in the picnic basket before dropping the basket off on the blanket.
Robin smiles softly to herself as she takes in her handiwork. It’s perfect. Quiet, cute, and definitely a scene you’ll appreciate.
Robin takes a deep, steadying breath, taking in the salt air and enjoying the soft breeze against her face.
It’s time.
It doesn’t take long for Robin to find you. You’re lounging quietly next to Nami on the deck, sipping slowly a fruity beverage Sanji had made the two of you. Leaning over the railing, Robin calls out to you.
“Y/N, dear,” she says with an adoring smile as she watches you.
You look up, shielding your eyes from the sun as you squint slightly up at your beloved.
“Robin! I was wondering where you ran off to!” You say, a wide smile overtaking your features. “Want to come join me and Nami?”
“Actually, I was hoping I could steal you away for a bit. That alright with you, Navigator?” Robin addresses Nami, who only grins like she’s already figured out what Robin is up to.
“Of course! I was getting bored anyway,” she says with a carefree shrug.
Your head whips to stare at her, letting out a playful scoff. “Rude! I thought we were having fun!”
Nami giggles and waves you off with her hand. You laugh softly, shaking your head.
“I’ll be right up!” You say, turning your attention back to Robin. She nods and watches as you swing your legs off of your deck chair, setting your drink on a nearby table, and make your way up the stairs to her.
When you make it to Robin, you sidle up close to her, letting your arms wrap around her, and reach up to kiss her softly.
“Hi,” you say with a grin.
“Hello,” she says, happily kissing you back before pulling away just enough to lead you up towards the tangerine trees, her hand resting softly against your lower back to lead you. “Shall we?”
“Where are we going?” You question, though you nod your head anyway, walking as soon as he begins to move.
“Patience, love.”
She leads you across the deck to the place between the tangerine trees where she had meticulously set up the picnic. As you approach, you take in the sight of Robin’s efforts and gasp.
“Robin, what is this?” You ask, your hand lifting to cover your mouth.
The sun is setting and the candles are lit, casting a soft glow amongst the picnic blanket. The sea breeze gently sways the colorful assortment of flowers Robin had picked, and the gentle melody Brook had recorded on the tone dial floods the air.
“You’ll see,” Robin says, happily taking in the sight of your smile and the wonder and happiness dancing in your eyes.
You take a bit of initiative, stepping forward onto the picnic blanket, spinning slowly to take it all in.
“Robin, this is lovely, but what’s the occasion?”
“Do I need an occasion to spoil my wife?” She teases.
“Well, no,” you concede with a smile, “but there really isn’t anything that brought this on?”
“You caught me,” she says, amusement swimming in her eyes. Instead of revealing her motivation, however, she simply follows you onto the blanket and sits down, gesturing for you to mimic her. You do.
“I have something to tell you,” she finally says, reaching out to brush a stray piece of hair away from your face.
You narrow your eyes at her. “What’d you do?” You ask suspiciously, but your tone reflects your teasing.
Robin smirks. “It’s more of a ‘what’d we do’?”
You scrunch your eyebrows together in confusion.
“What we did? I’m sorry, baby. I’m afraid I’m lost.”
Instead of answering, Robin pulls the picnic basket closer to her, opening it and beginning to unpack it. She slowly, carefully takes out the packed dinners Sanji made, setting it reverently in front of you. She pulls out the cider and two glasses, pouring you both a drink, and finally, she pulls out the book, setting it in her lap.
“Robin, I’m sorry confused. Grateful, don’t get me wrong. This all looks amazing, but dinner and a book really doesn’t answer my question.”
Robin laughs.
“I know. I’m getting there,” she promises. She glances down at the book in her lap.
“Maybe before I say anything more, you can read to me?” She asks, holding the book out to you with both hands.
You hesitate. “Okay…”
You take the book from her.
“Open it to the marked page,” Robin directs.
You raise an eyebrow at her but follow her direction nonetheless, opening the book at the marked page.
“Read the highlighted portion,” she adds.
You nod, eyes scanning for the words highlighted in a bright yellow. Once you find the indicated portion of text, you read aloud.
“‘You’re pregnant?’ He asked her, voice riddled with disbelief.
‘I’m pregnant,’ she confirmed, eyes swimming with emotion and a watery smile.
Robin,” you say, voice laced with uncertainty as you lift your eyes to meet hers, “what is this?”
“Good news,” she says with a smile.
“You mean to tell me—”
“—You’re pregnant.”
“It worked?” You feel tears begin to well up in your eyes.
“It worked,” she confirms, tears welling up in her eyes as well.
“We’re going to be moms?” You ask, wiping at your eyes as your face begins to ache from smiling.
“We’re going to be moms.”
You let out an excited squeal and jump forward into Robin’s arms, dropping the book to the deck.
“I can’t believe this! I’m so happy! Traffy said— I didn’t think it would work!”
Robin giggles, planting an affectionate kiss to your cheek as her arms wrap around you.
“I had a feeling it’d work out.”
You pull back. “We’re going to be parents,” you say excitedly before grabbing Robin’s face with both hands and pulling her into an excited, ecstatic kiss.
“Yes, we are,” she responds when you pull away.
“Oh! We have to tell the crew!” You jump out of her arms, running to the railing overlooking the rest of the ship where the rest of the Straw Hats are milling about.
“Hey, everyone!” You shout, drawing everyone’s attention to you. You watch as all the Straw Hats turn to look up at you, and right before you inform them of your news, you feel Robin step beside you, arm wrapping gently and affectionately around you. You turn to look at her, face breaking into an even wider smile.
“Oi!” Zoro calls. “What is it? Out with it already.”
You take in a deep breath before yelling out to your crew:
