So, for the record, this strip is a combination of separate experiences at the doctors. The appointment with this specific question was a couple of weeks ago and did not cause a BP spike. I am medicated and my BP is very well managed. The BP spike due to a stressful question asked mid-test, AND the nurse's reaction to what happened, actually occurred YEARS ago before I was on BP meds. Sometimes, that's how strip gags are constructed, where something will happen now that reminds me of something funny that happened a long time ago, and they merge to form the punchline Voltron!
