I’m finally okay enough to go back to sharing my study life. The licensure exam got delayed so I’m now preparing for MCAT/NMAT instead. I’ve been super busy these days: opening a small business online, joining a scanlation group, and studying for 2 national exams. There have been big ups and downs for the past year but I’m currently content with the people I have in my life. I’m finally okay.

⚗️📝 Sometimes I feel a little unmotivated, the pressure overwhelms me and I stop studying for a couple of days, then I remember how lucky I am and everything flows again (notes of the day: chemistry)

[12/07] - I cannot believe we are so close to the holidays!! Even though this year will be different and most people (including my family) will not get to travel and see loved ones, I am still excited! I’m probably most excited for the time off work lol but I think that’s still a reasonable thing to be excited about (maybe).

I’m not sure how much my family plans on decorating this year. Even though we have more “free time” it still seems like more of a hassle to decorate than it normally does. But if we don’t celebrate with decorations you know we will celebrate with food!! We are already deep into planning all the tasty treats we want to make in the next few weeks!

My next exam (syntax) is going to be on Tuesday, I need to go over the theory again and practice more, but overall I’m feeling pretty confident for that one. That being said, I feel rather nervous about my pedagogy exam on the 29th because we have still not received any concrete information on the contents! I do have some notes I put together but I’m unsure whether those will be enough, and this feeling keeps distracting me from studying for Tuesday’s exam. • So, here’s some advice if you find yourself in the same situation: if you have the time, dedicate at least half a day to doing SOMETHING for that test you feel unsure about. I worked through about 1/4 of my pedagogy notes today, and this gave me some peace of mind about having started and not being totally lost!
