Brûlée bonding with Mako over being judged and shunned by other because of having a “scary appearance” and being fully on board with Mako marrying Katakrui from that point. Because not only will Brûlée gain a good sister in law when they marry, but Katakuri will have a partner who accepts him for who he and won’t judge for any superficial reasons like his scars.

Brûlée out here, wanting to get ready to knit baby clothes for her future nieces and nephews, because for once, she sees something VERY happy in the making. This sort of happiness that can give them all a reprieve from Big Mom's bullshit.

I just finished watching One Piece RED, and I genuinely felt the love between Katakuri and Brûlée when he showed up to save her like, FUCK EVERYONE ELSE, I'M JUST HERE FOR MY LITTLE SISTER.

He loves his little sister so much, that he would probably look for a good partner for her if he came across one. He works so hard, for his family.

but seriously, Brûlée just really likes Mako's company, especially since Mako is the type to just read through you sometimes. she CAN very much sense the pain in the Charlotte family.

I mentioned before, and I'll say it again, Mako had the unfortunate luck of being born with her observation haki, and it's part of what almost got her ass born as a premie before her Mama held back and started calming her down when she was in the womb. :V
