DC characters fave shows/movies/genre, in my brain bc i’m not creative enough to think of anything good.

Alfred: Odly loves reality tv. not bc it’s good, but he finds it fun put on in the background while cleaning, also he has met most people on them. Like yesss Bruce has defo been in the same circles as the Kardashians (+friends), and alfred has overheard enough to point out lies in Keeping Up with the Kardashians. (plus lit any trashy reality show rlly.) He does however put on War documentaries sometimes, it’s purely so that he seems like a serious person. he infact, hates war documentaries. he lived it (every war ever bc the man’s age is undetermined and ineffable 😛) He LOVES putting Emmerdale on, it’s his guilty pleasure when he’s had a rough day.

Bruce: Forgets TV is a thing. literally hardly watches it, Dick used to complain sm about the lack of TV’s in the house. However! if he’s being forced to relax he quite likes musicals. Specifically Grease. He sings along. Everytime. And they remind him of Jason. So…

Kate: Loves F.R.I.E.N.D.S, but mostly because she met Lisa Kurdow once and has been in love w the woman ever since. She doesn’t watch TV toooo much, but she does also like most 80’s-90’s cartoons. Nostalgia type thing ig.

Babs: Any TV show that lasts more than like 10 seasons, or js is unnecessarily long, she’ll watch and love it. Her most recent-watched it Supernatural. She rants about the ending alotttt. She’s a Sam girl. And fckin lovessss Charlie.

Dick: Loves the Mean Girls movies, remembers learning english still and seeing the movies. Full House was the first english show he watched though, so he re-watches it when he misses his parents.

Jason: Telenovela’s. Any. He learnt spanish as a kid through how often he watched them. The only American show he sits down to intentionally watch though, is Jane The Virgin. Kate once told him it was a “telenovela for white people” and so he gave it a shot. And obviously loved it. Though he defo prefers watching Musicals or reading. Theater kid and literature nerd at heart.

Cass: Doesn’t watch TV much because she never did as a kid, but she’s grown fond of BBC Merlin. She finds the way that Destiny and Love is portrayed to be intriguing. She’s in loveeeeee with Morgana and thinks her storyline was rushed and messy. She’s also likes Cartoons, but specifically ones not made for kids. Like Rick and Morty or Disenchanted.

Stephanie: A lot. She watches TV alottttt. She loves the Star Wars movies. And was so obsessed with Harry Potter as a kid that she convinced Bruce to pull some strings and throw around some money and threats, in order to take the rights to the characters and story away from JK. Legally Bruce (His company rlly) now owns the rights to the Harry potter universe. Bruce forgot to tell her that bit. He spent almost 25 billion on it, and it took seven years. And forgot to mention it to her. All she knows it that by watching the movies, she’s not supporting JK. She doesn’t care much else to ask questions.

Tim: Doctor Who. He grew up watching it, he’s watched it all multiple times, he’s watched it from Rivers POV, From time period POV, he’s watched it in every possible way. However he doesn’t watch it much since after he became older. He keeps up to date but has little time now to re-watch.

Duke: Loved Anne with an E a lot, loved the political side of it. Also quite loved Doctor Who. And he loved Scorpion, but only the first few seasons. His criteria for enjoying a show: Smart/OP Main character OR Heavy political overtones. He cannot enjoy a show unless they have one or the other (i’m projecting 🫩).

Damian: Watches a lot of non-american TV or documentaries, usually the type of stuff you’d see a 50year old man watch. Except now he reallyyyy enjoys Anime. His first was Haikyuu!!, and his fave character is Oikawa. He has a tumblr account dedicated to doing his character justice. He watched “That time i got reincarnated as a slime” with Dick once, as a way to annoy damian. He secretly really enjoys it and now watches it unironically. (projecting again 😔) He lovesssss any animal documentaries though. or even movies with animals as main characters.

Pls don’t question me, it’s late and i’ve spent too long waffling.

Honestly thinking about writing a self help book but I have no idea what my main topic is gonna be. Kinda wanna do a Note to self by Connor Franta (my favorite self help book) format but I don't wanna copy that.
