I have been teaching many of my clients how to make healthy versions of their favorite dishes. Organ meats are nutrient dense but are not normally favored due to their flavor. I was recently challenged to make irresistable dishes out of various ingredients, including organs. Here is a short clip of some chicken livers frying in ghee that were battered with flax & coconut flour. The batter was flavored with a blend of curry spices to accompany another curry dish.
