Dr. Sleepytime!

Decided to draw a character I created during a jackbox session with friends back in January for fun! He was from our Champ'd Up game that day.

The prompt was "non-threataning supervillians." So the first thing that came to mind was a "Saturday morning cartoon villain" vibe for him!

He was some brat kid who for some reason was given superpowers (or he got them by accident, who's to say lol). He has the ability to make anybody fall asleep, and he can also summon sleep related objects like pillows and blankets. He probably uses a lot of sleep-related puns in his monologues, and has the most shrill voice imaginable. Despite his powers being limited, he still treats himself like a huge threat, even though he very much isn't.

Do you know how people often joke about how in superhero kids shows/anime it’s usually a bunch of grown adult villains beefing with some kids who were gifted power? I think it would funny if Sleepytime was the opposite: some kid beefing with a bunch of grown adults. He’s intentionally trying to bother them to prove a point. Not even he knows what point he’s trying to make. This kid still has a curfew.

The Main Villain team of my superhero setting, Singularity! Their goal is to expose just how corrupted and unfair hero's have become as a society.

Powers and individual refs under the cut

Horizon is the leader of the group. His power is the ability to create black holes and increase an objects gravity.

Anwir's power is based around red sprites and positive lightning, basically hes got very nasty electricity powers.

Director's power is the ability to compel someone to do or say whatever she wants, if its phrased as stage directions. 

Rian's power is the ability to shapeshift into any person they have a clear image of, however the process is like when a caterpillar turns into a butterfly, they dissolve into a goo and reform shaped like the new person.

Chlorine has no powers, but she is a genius with chemistry and can hold her own

Swarm's power is to control and communicate with insects, creating what is basically a hivemind that follows him around.

Here’s Preserve

Once a failing fashion designer, Preserve took to crime after being unknowingly contracted by Syndrome himself. After tasting success in his work he continued to help Syndrome before the events of The Incredibles. Afterwards, Preserve continued to commit crimes, such as stealing priceless works from gallery’s. Personality wise he is very erratic, easily influenced by his emotions when insulted or praised. Perfect for any superhero distracting him long enough to blind him. HOWEVER due note that if you are caught in his Stasis, there is a 80% chance he will monologue, superheroes beware.
