Mildly funny joke that's been in my head

Shoutout to Super Smash Bros. Brawl for deciding that its final boss should be some giant blue hologram guy with energy wings, who one-shots the entire cast at the beginning of the final act, turns the game into a weird quasi-Metroidvania for two hours or so, and then gets his teeth kicked in by Sonic the Hedgehog.

Absolute peak.

I didn't include any of the Paper Mario villains because I feel they should be part of their own universe.

What's the deal with Tabuu and Subspace in you AU?

I wish I could be more specific with this question but I don't know how, sorry

Had to think about this one for a bit tbh. Starting with subspace, I feel like it's a major point of connection between most realms. Like a gateway of some kinda which is why it can easily absorb areas and replicate them. But it also kinda exists in its own bubble and it's super interconnected at most times due to tabuu's takeover making it more hostile.

I feel like the Robs originated in subspace which is why they had the knowledge and tech to build all these bombs for tabuu. They escaped to what would become the smash realm and lived in peace and quiet until master and crazy showed up using subspace as a gateway. Tabuu eventually found out due to how often master hand would use subspace to keep track of multiple things at once due to him being more worried and overbearing at first.

Tabuu essentially captured master and brainwashed him so he could overthrow him. Tabuu felt cheated that he couldn't have the smash realm due to being essentially bound to subspace and unable to escape. Using master he's able to get others to "help" him. Obviously the plan doesn't work and subspace disappears, essentially just sealing away tabuu until world of light. Galeem and Dharkon using subspace to travel dimensionally ends up reawakening Tabuu (which is why his spirit is there and in dharkon's realm.) Since dharkon is a crazy from a timeline where tabuu killed his brother, it gets to watch him with a close eye and make sure nothing happens.

Essentially tabuu is just a guy who wants power and be ruler of any realm he can, and maybe if he picked somewhere else he would have won.
