Ingredients: 4 burger patties beef, chicken, or plant-based. 4 burger buns. 2 cups fermented french fries. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 4 slices of cheese your choice. 1/2 cup sliced pickles. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. On both sides, season the burger patties with salt and pepper. Put the patties on the grill and cook them for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side for medium-rare change the cooking time to suit your taste. Add a slice of cheese to each patty and let it melt in the last minute of cooking. As the burgers are cooking, split the buns in half and toast them on the grill until they're just barely browned. To make the sauce, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl. Put the burgers together: Put some of the sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
