***Beginnings*** Inspired by one of my favourite trickster deities, Anansi and the hobo spider who keeps visiting me no matter how many times I put her outside. (It's a regular, bi-weekly visit now, going on since July hehe). Spiders are wonderful creatures, not a thing to be feared and reviled. They symbolize creation, renewal, fate (hence where someone probably took this relation to death and turned them into a thing to scare children). They symbolize a time to confront your fears, do not be trapped by such things and embrace the wisdom of your inner self do that you can live in a more balanced and unified manner eith yourself and the world.
