PR ALERT 📢 545x1 Came in on the day off to find a new deadlift limit. After months of putting in the work on my hamstrings and calves and quads it feels good to be able to work my way back up to a proper squat without knee pain and stability issues. It is very humbling to squat less than you bench but it just gives you more to strive for to work towards and focus on. Started Phase 2 today under my coach and friend @brad.abbott.242 were the will and iron collide @ironvalleybarbell and it was a little interesting to say the least. Volume make you tired fast. How today was supposed to go: Deadlift -> Good Mornings -> 45°Extensions -> Leg Curls -> Calves -> Walking Lunges -> Ab Wheels What actually happened: Ab Wheels x 50 Walking Lunges x 5 minutes Good Mornings 5x10@135 Leg Curls 4x15@90 45°Extensions 3x20@90 Calves 3x20@180 Deadlift 5x10@300 Walk around outside while body decides whether to vomit or pass out x 5 minutes Lesson Learned: Don't train on the same days as everyone else. #IronValleyBarbell #IVB #TeamIVB #TeamNeverQuit #NoPainNoGain #NordicLifting #Addidas #AbbottTrained #Powerlifting #Deadlift #GoodMornings #ThisPlateIsSmallerOnThisSide (at Iron Valley Barbell)
