Bringing the Argo II to Camp Jupiter was just a horrible idea. No offense (since I love most of the characters in these books), but it was just the worst possible idea. A warship coming onto roman territory...well, that's just perfect for gaea's scheming. Also, I think terminus was absolutely right not to let them land on the camp's grounds. I love Terminus. He's definitely one of my favourite gods. A god of boundaries with an OCD complex, I really love him.

I love Terminus and Julia. The Roman God of borders, who suffers from a borderline obsession with rules and regulations, and his young six year old assistant. They're an adorable odd couple, and I like their scenes. Terminus alone is just incredibly funny.

I also loved the karpoi. The grain spirits are funny, and I actually learned what schist and greenstone is thanks to those scenes. It was really fun. I didn't even actually know what sorghum was before all of this. I had to look it up when I got home. So it was actually educational, in a ghana.
