The Senior Year Adventures
Full credit to this post, but if Rick actually remebered what his own protagonist did, than this would be a far more likely outcome. So, in honour of that, I've decided to theorise which minor gods or goddesses would help Percy and what kind of "quests" they would give.
Iris: She would probably just ask Percy to eat a full box of her cupcakes, or just help around R.O.F.L. (Rainbow Organic Foods & Lifestyles) for maybe an hour or so.
Hecate: I guess pet-sitting should be relatively easy (except it wasn't because some magic potion), but she could also just send Percy to buy some treats for Hecuba and Gale instead, which is much easier.
Hypnos: Maybe get like fifteen hours sleep, Percy deserves it.
Hebe: Okay, so she's the goddess of youth, fertility, and forgiveness, so hear me out, she tells Percy to forgive himself for torturing Akhlys because of the guilt he holds for scaring Annabeth. It wasn't his fault, he was in Tartarus, and I bet there is unresolved trauma surrounding that, so his quest could be to forgive himself.
Tyche: to use her blessing of luck for random things. I think that would be really funny because, just imagine, the goddess of luck, fortune, and destiny, told the demigod that is pressured by some great destiny to use a blessing of luck she gave to just mess around for one whole day. An ice cream place that doesn't usually have any ice cream that is blue? Well, they do for that one day. And more.
Nemesis: To get revenge against Travis and Connor for a prank they pulled like three years ago. Considering Percy sparing Ethan Nakamura twice, Nemesis should definitely favour him, and I can just imagine her quest being "revenge for a prank that happened years ago, hit 'em now" or something.
Ascelpius: To go and see a therapist at least once. Ascelpius is the god of medecine and doctors. He would take on look at Percy "I wanted to drown" Jackson and say "yep, your quest is to see a therapist".
Nike: Probably win a spar against someone at Camp Half-Blood. Gain victory and win like a champion. Roaring crowds, an arena, and a victory? Quest done.
Aletheia: So, she's the goddess of personifying truth, right? Like, the naked truth, unconcealed, etc. Well, Percy has a lot of secrets. He's never, canonically, told anyone about the abuse he and his mother suffered under Gabe. Sally probably told Paul, but Percy has never actually told someone, so maybe her quest could be finding someone to actually talk to about it. Maybe Sally and him have a heart-to-heart, so we finally get some proper mother-son moments.
There are obviously more options, I mean there are loads of minor gods out there and they all benefited from Percy's wishes when he was 16, but these are a few I thought of.
Of course, honourary mention to Hestia, who would probably tell Percy to just rest, have a good meal, and relax for the first time in years. But, yeah, if the Senior Year Adventures had been of Percy finally being respected and acknowledged by his title as Saviour of Olympus and the kid who turned down godhood so as to better the lives of demigods and minor gods, well, that would be much nicer.
