HakuMyu Twitter Shenanigans - Shinkai Toudou Heisuke edition (July 2025) - Afterthought & Live 4- part 2
Here's the final part of me translating all (most, at least) tweets the HakuMyu cast has posted during Shinkai Heisuke hen. I originally started this because I couldn't go to Heisuke hen, and wanted to share the joy and excitement that a HakuMyu run usually brings.
With the impending cast change announced right before the start of it, I feel like some of the cast has been a little more wordy than they usually tend to be.
Summer got in the way, and wasn't able to finish the translations I had lined up until things calmed down again. With the disc released last month, and Live 4 on our doorstep, I feel like this is the right time to finish it.

We didn't see each other a lot during the play this time
so I wasn't able to kill you ⚔
We only met on stage once, but we weren't able to battle 😂
Mizuki-chan was Sen-him when she read the script! She was Sen-hime when she sang! She was Sen-hime when she put on the wig! So much that I wish I'd been there when she got angry with Kazama!
When we first met, Chizuru Mayuko-chan seemed a little frightened, but after 10, 100 times, she became a wonderful Chizuru! Her letter and laugh-crying were incredibly entertaining.
I didn't know for sure which expression of girls came out best, so I put two pictures. 💦

Sen-him makes an appearance for the first time in 10 years. A role that is strong, friendly and moves the story.

Playing both the roles of Koudou Yukimura and Matsumoto-sensei, Kawamoto-san and Sen-hime's actress Mizuki-chan, with whom I worked together before in "Blood Battle Front".
I only got to share the stage with you two for a short while, but it was fun!
Koike continues to challeng both Shinpachi and his mucles head on, to the point where the Photographer TOBI-san praised him for how he's completely changed. This guy is the embodiment of "effort and muscles don't lie".
Thanks to facing off against Shouta (as Shiranui's worthy rival Harada) many times, we're able to fill the moments in an instant even when they're not drawn out. The moment our eyes meet, the fire flares up. They were the greatest🌸

The backbone of the Shinsengumi, Kondou Isami's actor, Imata-san. You'll always be vital to the Shinsengumi.
And Tsukasa, Yamazaki Susumu's actor, who came back.

You really got your revenge from last year, didn't you? 👍
While it was Yuuta who pulled the group this time, the one who carried the group on his shoulders was Kubohide-kun. It was you.
From start to finish, you carried yourself as Hijikata Toshizou with dignity and resolve. You were wonderful.
Yoko and Yoshihide. Amagiri and Kazama. It's thanks to both of them playing their roles so composed and dignified, that I was able to play Shiranui with such a free spirit.
Whenever I stumbled over my singing, these two have always helped me. Thank you. 🥲
I've acted a lot without Amagiri and Kazama knowing, but I'm glad we were able to be together until the end of the Toudou arc.😊
I'm happy to have been part of the Oni clan.🌸
A little side story from this run.
I was worried about my harmonies during the Oni song, I always practiced right before the number. When I did, they both accompanied me for the whole song. Almost with all they got.
Towards the end, Yoko would ask me if we'd do our usual routine, and I'd think "Ah, right, right. We have to" and it became a routine.

Hijikata Toshizou Kubohide-san

1: Kubohide-san! When we first met, I was really nervous, but he was very gentle to me. When we exited the stage on the first day, and I started crying, he scared me into laughing. He was like an older brother to me who watched over me from start to finish!! There's such a big difference between his Hijikata-san and how he usually is, that with my lack of vocabulary, I can only think how amazing he is.
2: I really love this scene. It happened a few times during rehearsals that I was jaggedly cut down when I didn't even turn my back on him. But that's a secret. 🫢 Come to think of it, there were times when I was cut down in one smooth motion.
3. Tsukasa-san! Tsukasa-san's laughter is amazing! It's incredibly contagious! He was always smiling, and his laughter saved me a number of times... Tsukasa-san's singing voice is really beautiful during "Song of our Journey", so please listen to it on repeat! 🙂↕️
4. This really is a personal thing, but all of Yamazaki-san's expressions during the Tea house scene are truly Tsukasa-san's Yamazki. I really loved that, so please check the stream! I'll only metion this here, but it was Yamazaki-san who gave me my sword when the OP was over. 🫢 Thank you! ️

1: Father! My bad, Kawamoto-san! He really is interesting. Kawamoto-san's curtain call gretings are really interesting, and I love them. I wanted to listen to him forever during the free talk sessions! ( kind of wanted to see a little bit of Chizury crying out to him and her father smiling at her wickedly during at Sendai Castle 🤫
Yoko-san! When we first met, I was really surprised at how tall he is. But he's a big brother to me. 🫢 Before he turned into Amagiri, he would ask me if I'm nervous. When I said "yes!", he replied, "then you'll be alright!". He was really dependable!
2. Although there weren't a lot of scenes with my father this time, I'm very happy that I, as the only one of his daughters, was able to celebrate his birthday!!
3. From Heisuke-kun's POV, Amagiri is a frightening presence, but every time I watched him, I keep thinking how strong he is. This is a personal episode from reharsals, but I kept thinking "strong... cool...". Especially during the final battle against the Rasets, where he beats two people in succession. Amazing.

1. Hide-sama! Refined and beautiful in everything he does... He's such a respected older brother to me. This really is something personal again, but I really love when Kazama-san wipes his sword and sheaths it. I'm sorry, this is also something I personally wanted, but there's a different pose from what Hide-sama posted on Twitter! "Come with us."
2. Kazama-san was a nice demon this time, wasn't he? 🍶 He's saved me from so many Rasetsu. But, unfortunately, we're not on Kazama-san's route. 🙂↕️ I hope that Kazama-san will find a wife one day... That's a wish from Heisuke-kun's Chizuru.
3. Takuma-san! Whenever I saw you, I kept being amazed at how much a human body can move. In addition, I really love the intro of Shiranui-san's part in the Oni song. The tenshion increases whenever I heard it from the wings. One more thing, the video-- ever since I saw the video that Takuma-san posted on Twitter, I've been wanting to do it together! I'm thrilled we filmed it! Yay! 😚
