Sunday Six (ish)

This is the beginning of my Maria Hill/Audrey Nathan fic, because apparently that's a ship that is happening. (It's the next fic in The Adventures of Strike Team Alpha.)

Also this is all peskyredhead's fault, as usual.

Maria woke up to the sound of the cello.

The dark, rich notes surrounded her and warmed her—or maybe thatwas the two comforters Maria was snuggled underneath. Either way, waking up to the sound of the cello, in a bed that smelled of the cellist, it was the most perfect way Maria could think of to wake up.

Maria burrowed deeper into the blankets, not ready to fully wake up and let go of the perfect contentment of the moment. She wanted to wake up every morning like this.
