Mindful Sunday Practice📿: The time is NOW. I am Here. It's easy to find ourselves stressed out about the "tomorrow" or "later" of our life. But if we become so fully present in "here" and "now" we can reduce stress & become more mindful of how our present can positively impact our future. For this Sunday meditation practice inhale and repeat, "the time is NOW." Then when you exhale repeat, "I am HERE." Even if you only have 2 min to practice repeat this mantra with your breath and you will begin to find ease. Revisit this practice anytime you find yourself stressed or focusing too much energy on the "there". It's so amazing we has to share it with our athletes. ☕️ Ingredients 1 1/2 cups canned coconut milk 2 cups almond milk 4 dates, presoaked in water and drained 1 overripe banana 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract Instructions Place banana and dates in a blender (I used a vitamix) and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend for about 1 minute, or until mixture is smooth without any lumps.
