I got so mad due to the fact that I couldn't draw mullet stans face properly (after app crashing out and reducing my hour or two progress) that I just scratched his face out all in one. Now it even seems kinda.... Simbolic. Chat I feel bad, genuinely guilty for doing this to my baby

So for the past four or five days, I've actually been drawing a comic for a timestuck au idea I have! I didn't say anything cuz I didn't want any pressure to finish it fast, but now that I'm mostly through with it (and finished all the hurt of the hurt/comfort) I thought I'd announce the au idea (which I probably wont write for, but I'll draw for--anybody's welcome to write for it, it's just a timestuck combination that I thought was fun) just for fun.

It was halfway inspired by Roadtrip with Full Cargo which is an excellent fic featuring the baby stans, the old stans, and the 80's stans. My au idea was a bit different, though it does use the baby stans and the old stans--but instead of 80's stan and ford, I thought hey, what if we had a right out of phd program jerk ford, and a homeless addict stan?

TW, baby stan in this au has a self-harm problem and homeless stan is suicidal. And meanypants ford has anger issues.

So baby stan, old stan, and meanypants ford (as he has been dubbed) are stuck on the Stan O'War II. baby stan is happy to be there, old stan doesnt tell anybody anything, and meanypants ford HATES it.

Baby ford and old ford are with homeless stan who is just absolutely positive he's hallucinating them. Basically, they have to convince him they're real and keep him alive while they make their way to the coast, and stan and baby stan have to keep meanypants ford in line while getting the boat to the coast.

Anyways that's the idea, I hope you guys like it. Currently I have most of a very long, very angsty hurt/comfort scene with baby stan, old stan, and meanypants ford illustrated. It's...somewhere around twenty-something pages with four panels per page, and I'm still debating how to split it up (I'm not quite finished yet, there's still some stuff that has to happen)

Anyways, it's a fun idea that I thought would be cool. I'll put up the comic soon enough, no need to pester me about it, you'll get it soon enough XD just dont rush me!

i also have a few other things I want to put up soon--another few chapters of therapy au, a stan-and-mabel comfort ficlet complete with cuddle pictures <3, and a separation-anxiety ford ficlet. I also have two other random hug/cuddle fics that are very similar to some of my other random hug/cuddle works.

stan and ford are orphans (runaways, but people have more sympathy for orphans) living on an old broken down passenger train in the middle of bumfuck nowhere they titled the stanpede! (name courtesy of @babyblankyerror its genuinely so perfect thank you)

they live a normal 1800s life, as normal as you'd expect for a couple of kids who ran away from their parents, that is until another pair of twins fall from the sky claiming to be their niece and nephew. probably maybe more to come for this if people like it?? idk?? i also drew their train which i might use in a comic later. it's the in-universe stan o' war
