This healthy blueberry banana bread is moist, tender, and bursting with juicy blueberries. It's sweetened naturally with ripe bananas and maple syrup, making it a guilt-free treat for any time of day.
Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, mashed. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce. 1/4 cup almond milk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Pinch of salt. 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Put mashed bananas, maple syrup, applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix baking soda, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and whole wheat flour in a different bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just mixed. Add the blueberries slowly and carefully. Put the batter into a loaf pan that has been greased. Put it in the oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. For 10 minutes, let the bread cool in the pan before moving it to a wire rack to cool all the way through.
