Bold racing takes you BIG places
Early morning run views
Just had to sub in for the 1500m (the last track run I did was a 300m in 2017 and I had a severe asthma attack)
The teacher was like ok let's do an example for today... Let's use "race walking"
These guys were like c'mon teach that's nothing just walking fast
Also me an athlete that wakes up with bones aching bc I didn't race walk correctly and being stopped multiple times bc the technique is so hard if you are a newbie 🤞🏻💀💀🤞🏻: No guys that shit is hard
Then the teach for the example was asking: How can you race walk ?
Guys: fastly
Me: correctly, painlessly, yes you are supposed to be fast tho but if you don't have the technique it won't be of use bc you'll be disqualified :')
🍀🤵🏻♀️✨To fella athletes remember to do warm up and stretches for a minimum of 15 min all of the joints you'll be using or might use ✨🤵🏻♀️🍀

If you’re running on concrete or asphalt, you’ll need a different type of shoe than if you’re running on…
