TRANSPLURAL TIPS!!!! (VERY EXCITED TO DO THESE AS A TRANSITIONED TRANSPLURAL!!!):

Speak to yourself as different people! Assign roles and names to each, then speak aloud as both of them! This can help the brain begin to separate the consciousness and identities!

Be consistent with alters! Make sure not to change too much about them while acting as them.

Fake in public / online! We used VRChat back when we started out trying to gain it! It helps stress the brain using punishments for slipping up (embarrassment and confrontation) and rewards for doing good! (Pity, alters being called by name, being treated as plural, etc..)

Make a Simply Plural to log alters! Fake fronting and log it in the app while acting as the alters!

Don't just stop when people aren't looking, keep doing it even while alone! Train your brain to make it a constant.

Try to imagine a headspace, imagine yourself walking in it, looking at/talking to all the alters wandering in headspace and/or near front.

Draw/generate/edit pictures for appearances that your alters have! Are they the exact same looking as their source? Use that as their picture in Simply plural! This will help your brain associate them with a separate being more.

When fronting as an alter, picture yourself in their body. Picture your body as their own and try to act how they'd act. Think "what would [alter] do?" Before doing anything.

It took us around 3 years, but you can do it with consistency!!

If we made a TransPlural Google doc, or just for anyone transitioning to be plural, new plurals, or singlet friends of plurals, full of tips (as a CisPlural/CisDID person), would anyone want it? I'm unaware if anyone else has made a full-on document about it before, so please tell me if that's the case!

It will include how we found out we were a system personally and our experiences with it, along with symptoms and such- including resources! Like apps, helpful articles, etc etc. And if I were to do it, if any other experienced plural beings would like to work on it as well and talk about their own experiences, I can possibly give access!

Multiple Indistinguishable Identity Disorder (plurality MUD)

[image might be low quality] an MUD (medically unrecognized disorder) based off of my plurality. 'optional' just means that "not everyone who has this might do this thing, but if someone does do this thing it could be caused by this disorder."

•[optional] The person with MIID might use contradictory labels, be unlabeled or have trouble finding labels that truly describe them. •The disordered may feel as though they only have one identity, or that their identities/headmates are hard to distinguish. •Only evidence of headmates/other identities are sudden changes in personality, mood, interests, aesthetics, preferred pronouns, genders/sexualities, ECT. and all these changes can go together to form distinct people. (example: one might recognize themself as one headmate when they feel more feminine, like girly music, and enjoy colourful aesthetics. But they could recognize a second headmate if they feel more nonbinary/unlabeled, like sadder music and enjoy dark-coloured aesthetics.) •switches are usually only significant/noticeable to the person with MIID. Outside people may not notice any changes. •Switches are triggered, either purposefully or accidentally, by many things. (eg; a stressful situation, a certain genre of music, a specific article of clothing, panic attacks or anxiety attacks, or the gender one is attracted to.) •None or very little amnesia related to switches; but the person with MIID may still have amnesia in other ways. •[OPTIONAL] The disordered might identify with nonhuman/alterhuman labels or queer/weirdqueer labels due to their confusing identity/ies. •Someone with MIID might recognize a primary ‘me’ (though that primary will probably not be a full-fledged identity) which they are at all or most times; and any switched headmates are just co-conscious with the main ‘identity’. --------------------------------------------- edit: example! ^this example post was NOT made with MIID in mind, and its not about MIID. its about a subsystem. woah, that’s a lot. I love all them! I don’t think I can make all these in bulk tho. But I will give a tutorial on how I make the blinkies! Using TrisPlural as an example.

I use ibisPaintx but other apps can be used to. I set the canvas to 300x40.

One in, insert the flag and stretch it till is fits. For flags with symbols I add the blank flag first then put the symbol.

Then you add your text. It can either stay still or have multiple frames (I use two frames)

Then add an optional border. You can get one online or make it yourself. I made this border and will leave a transparent version at the end.

Go to ezgif.com and insert your images. You can change the setting but I use default settings. You can also resize and such.

Generate your gif and you should be good!
