mom.. it hurts when you say this.. you know Shane struggles with being verbal. yet you want Shane to be vebral all the time. not to use nonverbal communication with others. to hide it. why? are you ashamed of me? you are.. i know.. system has to talk to you instead of me.. thats why no talk with you.. she doesn't understand. you make us feel bad for use AAC/TTS.. stop it.. - Shane

i'm fluctuating verbal / alternatively verbal? yes.
i'm usually verbal but has verbal loss? yes.
i have verbal loss sometimes? yes.
i has verbal loss rarely? yes.
i am hyperverbal with verbal loss? yes
you don't need permission to use AACs/TTS. if you feel the need to use it, do it. give yourself permission. it's okay t use AACs. it's a valid form of communication.
