Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey. 1 cup breadcrumbs. 1/2 cup finely chopped onion. 1/2 cup finely chopped celery. 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 teaspoon dried sage. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 cup chicken broth. 1 egg, beaten. Cooking spray.
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped celery, chopped carrot, minced garlic, dried sage, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
