Idk why but I'm really struggling today. For the first time in a while I have actual urges to restrict. Like urges I can't immediately talk myself out of. My ED thoughts are as strong or nearly as strong as my recovery thoughts. I managed to eat my Mac n cheese at lunch but I still have half my lunch I haven't eaten that I usually eat before class. I'm struggling. Ugh. I can do this... I can. I have to.

I have no creativity. Everything I write turns into jumbled up words or something that has been done. Everything I draw fails or I realise it's been done... I can't think of anything and I'm struggling to get through a day without wanting to crawl into bed and sleep. I fake a smile sometimes even if it hurts. I feel so lonely yet I have all of you and many friends and a mum that will talk even though sometimes she doesn't understand what I'm going through. I know how lucky I am and I feel selfish for feeling this way but I don't know what else to do... I'm struggling right now.
