In case you’re wondering why I’m asking about Malleus specifically, it’s because there are pretty cut and clear cases of arrogance in the other characters. For example, you’ll scarcely find anyone who’d say Leona ISN’T arrogant. However, from my observations, Malleus seems to be a toss-up. The responses were pretty mixed when I asked my own smaller Twst circles for their thoughts too. I want to see what the consensus on this is from the wider Twst community.

Ive seen different takes

I love the idea Ace likes cute fluffy animals tho he tries to act all cool about it

My headcanon is that his dad sometimes brings animals home for magic tricks and stuff like bunnies or doves and Ace got to play with them a bit

Also his mom is a vet in my world too, which adds to stuff I guess

My thoughts under cut:

I had a thought its either ace or deuce but mostly leading to ace because he did wanted or challenged riddle for the position in book 1

Ace and Deuce would both share the responsibilities or forces each other to do their own work.

I also had his thought that if ace became a teacher in NRC. He would shove the fact he's ex-housewarden during his 3rd year to his students' faces.
