Thank you so much for commenting, @citynightthoughts! I’m so happy you loved my first post and really appreciated the suggestions. Please check out their comment on my previous post (here) to better understand the context. In this post, I will be including Floyd, Jade, Epel, and Idia.

Floyd

Of the twins, he is going to be the first to be interested in you because Jade seems more likely to follow his brother. Timeline-wise, his affection starts to spring in after Book 3. Taking in my previous posts, this is after Riddle and Ruggie become attached and before Jamil does. He likely saw that Riddle and Ruggie are following you around, and this sparked his initial curiosity. Which is funny considering this is right after you help Savanclaw fight Azul. 

We know that Floyd enjoys unpredictable people, people who react strongly (such as to Riddle), or others who have a unique personality/style. In which case, I imagine older MC is wiser considering her age, but has a unique style. MC somehow had access to a wallet (Crowley/Riddle) and was able to buy some new clothes. Considering our world’s fashion likely differs from Twisted Wonderland’s fashion, you will naturally be unique in whatever you choose to buy, no matter your style. I think Floyd would find the fact that you come from a different world interesting as well, similar to Riddle. 

As you mentioned, if MC has an interest in shoes, Floyd would be ecstatic! He is buying you a brand-new pair the moment you point to the display section of the shoe store. I suggest you don't worry about the price tag...shoes can be expensive.

Like his twin, he would view you as a ‘cool big sister.’ He has a good relationship with his mother, so you are more likely to be viewed as a sister. 

Like Ruggie, Floyd is physically clingy. Specifically, he enjoys squeezing as a form of love. Which may mean you will feel like you are unable to breathe for a few seconds...

However, he does give you space as he even says that with Jade, he enjoys doing things on his own. 

Floyd loves lifting you in the air and picking you up to whatever locations he decides. Such as the time he brought you to the port...I would recommend not going into the water with him.

If you are a strong enough swimmer, he wants to take you back home with him and Jade to the Coral Sea. If he does, you will get the pleasure of experiencing Floyd in his merform. In his merform, his tail wraps around you so tight that you are unable to escape. And trust me, you will not be able to with the ungodly strength those tail muscles have. 

If you have experience in any form of working in the service industry or anything related, Floyd is telling this to Azul. If you think you escaped your previous job, you are solely mistaken. Clock in to your shift at the Mostro Lounge because Floyd gets cranky if you're not there.

And Azul tolerates the twins' new obsession because that means $$$.

Lastly, he gets a little jealous if you’re not paying attention to him. But only really if he’s in a bad mood. 

Jade

Jade sees his brother interested in you first. He then saw Riddle and Ruggie attached to you, which he was admittedly surprised by. Since he gets along with the two, he is surprised that they, as well as his brother, are fond of you. 

His first test on you was to ‘gift’ you one of the mushroom dishes he brought back from one of his hiking trips. He is delighted to find that you actually enjoy his dish. This is the moment he starts to gain real curiosity for you outside the mystery of the others' attachment.

So now, (un)fortunately, he will be sending you all sorts of mushroom-related dishes your way. Floyd and Azul get sick of his constant mushroom dishes, so now he has someone besides Silver to try them! Which yeah with the limited funds you have, free food is always a plus. And with your life experience, cooking was always tiring when you came home from work and had to make yourself a meal.

He is the type to randomly appear near you. You could be in the library, the school’s store, or Ramshakle itself, and Jade is suddenly there. Was he always there, or does he have some sort of teleporting spell?

He isn’t as physically clingy nor jealous in comparison to his brother; rather, his affection is through actions. He doesn’t mind tutoring you in potions or giving a ‘helping’ hand if you are struggling with handling someone. For instance, one student was teasing you for being unable to use magic, and Jade ‘gently’ made the other student correct himself. This left you awkwardly standing there while the other guy’s hands were shaking, and he looked like he was going to faint because of Jade's icy stare.

Once the word ’sis’ slips out of Floyd’s lips, Jade is also calling you his sister. And you are now unable to get these giant mermen away from you. 

The two will tag-team you into working more shifts. God forbid Jade has the responsibility of the Mostro Lounge's schedule. You are never seeing the light of day...

Epel

Epel is interesting because he does have older female figures in his life (his mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother). In addition, Vil and Rook are trying to teach him that femininity does not equate to weakness. But I do believe that having a younger adult female figure in his life would benefit him. Sure, Vil can explain as much as he can, but sometimes you can only learn a new perspective by interacting with someone of said demographic. 

However, in this HC, he is a ftm (female to male) because it fits him too well and would explain why he reacts so deeply to being mistaken as a girl. I think deep down, he secretly misses girlhood. But in terms of how emotionally close girls could be in friendships with one another (not the being a girl part).  

He becomes close to MC during Book 5 in particular. Because MC isn’t as young or younger than Vil, I can see MC sticking up for Epel when they first got into an argument in the courtyard at the beginning of Book 5. MC respects Vil’s diligence and need to win, but she puts her foot down for Vil forcing Epel to be a part of that win. Which Vil does not appreciate being called out on his behavior, and Epel also finds it embarrassing that he had to have someone stand up for him. So the two of you got off on the wrong foot...

However, after you explain your reasoning behind why you did what you did, Epel is less annoyed with you. When he does open up about not wanting to be in the SDC event, MC ends up listening and nodding along with his reasoning. But most importantly, you weren’t giving him a look of pity rather one of understanding. 

MC calls Epel cute (he was carving an apple for you), which he does not react well to. But, upon realizing this, you immediately change your tone and language. You have had the life experience and emotional intelligence to understand when certain things might make someone uncomfortable. This surprises him because usually he has to prove to others that he is not ‘cute’ or ‘girly,’ but you just naturally stopped. 

You realized he wants to be perceived more as ‘cool’ rather than ‘cute’, so you gifted him some Spelldrive cards you bought in Sam’s shop (the twins are now also helping you with your funds). Though when it comes to gifting him macaroons, you do it in a way that makes it seem like you just wanted to share some you bought for yourself. You knew he was a little embarrassed about liking a food that was considered cute.

Lore-wise, he also sees it as a good sign that Ruggie likes you because he looks up to Ruggie himself. So now you have two Spelldrive boys asking for you to come to their games to show off. Yes, this now includes all the others who compete in sports clubs (Riddle with equestrian, Floyd, and Jamil in basketball). You are booked and busy with all of these sports games and are getting front row seats to all of them.

He takes a bit to open up fully about his insecurities or to even come out as trans. When he does, you react similarly to before, and he is much more relaxed around you. 

He does enjoy the closeness of being around a woman, as it was something he secretly craved. It was very complicated in feeling BECAUSE of how he was resenting femininity at the same time. So yes, he does enjoy brushing each other’s hair and trash-talking some poorly made reality TV show together. You do have sleepovers with him multiple times, in Book 5 and in Book 6, when you are staying in Pomefiore. Outside of these times though, he loves staying in Ramshackle or inviting you to stay in his dorm. Vil is originally against Epel having sleepovers outside of the SDC event, but he comes to realize you are a positive influence for Epel. And to no one's surprise, Rook is absolutely supportive of this from the get-go.

Epel is not really physically clingy, at least not in public, but can be very protective. And to the point of getting someone else or himself black and blue if you are threatened (please don't tell Vil).

Idia

You meet him during Book 6, and it is only after Book 6 that you start to interact one-on-one. 

This will vary a lot if you are more outgoing or shy, in my opinion. If you are more outgoing, he is going to start off way more intimidated by you. Outgoing and an older woman who has more life experience than him? Nuh uh! But if you are more reserved, he will be less nervous talking to you. But it is still nerve-wracking. 

What actually gets him to lower his guard is when he finds out MC is a nerd. But like a super nerd. A nerd that works a 9-5? How is that possible?!

Whether you like K-Pop, video games, D&D, or anime, the moment he found out, his opinion of you immediately changed.

In this world, whatever niche interest you have, that particular fandom doesn’t exist, so he NEEDS to hear about all of it. Say, for example, you were a huge Super Mario fan, you would explain the lore between all of the games and the characters’ personalities. He will be writing down whatever you tell him (for future reference) and then comparing it to whatever media it reminds him of. 

Donor number #4 for funds now. And especially merch-related funds. Unfortunately, there isn’t any merch for your interests from your original world, so he’s buying you merch for any media you start to enjoy here. He is filthy rich, so be prepared to get premium signed merch, high-end figures, or fancalls if you like idols. 

It is important to keep in mind Idia's backstory with being the STYX's prodigy. He grew up with apathetic parents who only cared for results, and as such, he turned to his younger brother Ortho for affection. But we know what ended up happening to the original Ortho...

So even if you manage to get close to Idia, it doesn't mean he is fully open with you. Those wounds don't just heal overnight, and even when they do, it isn't truly ever going away. Ortho was his only companion for a while, so you're going to have to be patient with him in getting him to truly open up. Especially if he is starting to see you as more of an older sister. Being viewed as a sibling is a huge deal to him after all.

A big role MC is going to have to play is teacher and a little bit of a therapist lol. You are working with a guy who has extreme social anxiety and is dealing with an intense form of grief and guilt. So you do have your work cut out for you...

On the bright side, you have taught him corporate jargon through chronically online slang! There is common slang within both worlds, but you might have to teach him about cultural slang unique to yours.

Victim #2 to learning 67.

Nonetheless, you are really helping him with preparing him for future employers. Because he feels comfortable talking with you and you have the experience, he'll practice interviews with you. 

You look after Ortho for him during class, which he really appreciates. Ortho really likes you as well! You're also his big sister by proxy, and you look out for his brother so it’s a win-win.

Constantly texts you, even at 3 AM. Especially at ungodly hours.

Idia's messages to you: u up? There's a new RPG I want to try with u.

MC: go to sleep!!!

Leech twins x reader where they’re fighting over their attention

The Leech fighting for your attention

It always starts off innocently.

You come to the Lounge after classes to drop off Azul’s paperwork and the twins are there,as always, lurking. One smile too wide, the other grin too sharp. They seem civil enough at first. Jade asks if you’d like a drink, Floyd calls you Shrimpy, and you settle in, completely unaware of the fact that you’ve just wandered into a territorial feeding ground.

The moment you give one of them just slightly more attention, it begins.

“Jade, look! Shrimpy’s sitting closer to me again. I told you, they like me better~!”

Jade doesn’t look up from his clipboard. “Is that so? I could have sworn they laughed more at my story yesterday. You must be imagining things again, Floyd.”

“I’m not imaginin’ anything!” Floyd’s arms sling dramatically over your shoulders, half-crushing you into the seat beside him. “Right, Shrimpy? Tell him I’m your favorite eel!”

Before you can even process that request, Jade has gracefully appeared on your other side, no fanfare, no noise, just there, smiling like he didn’t just teleport.

“I wouldn’t pressure them, Floyd,” he says with calm venom. “That’s no way to earn someone’s affections.”

“I don’t need to earn anything, I’m already their favorite! Ain’t that right, Shrimpy?” He leans in, nose bumping your cheek.

You blink. “I—uh—can I not pick favorites?”

Both of them pause.

Then Jade, ever the tactician, says smoothly, “Of course. I would never put you in such a difficult position. After all, forcing someone to choose would be terribly unfair.”

Floyd scowls. “Bo~ring. That’s just what someone who’s losing would say.”

And that’s when it gets worse.

From that moment on, it’s a cold war of affection. Floyd insists on dragging you everywhere: the Lounge, the basketball court, random walks where he slings an arm over your shoulder and complains about “stupid boring classes.” He hangs off you like a weighted blanket with an attitude and gets weirdly quiet if you even look like you’re having a good time without him.

Meanwhile, Jade ups his game with charm, asking if you’ve eaten, brewing teas just the way you like them, casually dropping “Did you know?” facts that he knows will get you talking for hours. And when Floyd gets louder, Jade just gets calmer, smiling like he knows something you don’t. Which makes Floyd louder. Which makes Jade smugger. Which—

“Okay!” you finally snap one afternoon, halfway through your homework in Mostro Lounge. “I like both of you, alright?! Can you stop trying to out-sibling-rival each other every time I breathe?!”

Silence.

The twins exchange a look. A rare moment of nonverbal twin-speak passes between them like lightning.

Then—

Floyd: “Told ya they liked me.”

Jade: “Actually, they said both, dear brother.”

You groan into your hands. “I am going to start hanging out with Azul.”

“NO!”

Within seconds you’re pinned between the two Floyd clinging like a needy cat and Jade subtly boxing you in with a cup of steaming tea and a charming smile that absolutely screams manipulation.

You love them. You do. But being the object of a twin war might be the most exhausting popularity contest you’ve ever unwillingly entered.

Still, as Floyd grins and starts complaining that you haven’t called him cute today, and Jade hums thoughtfully about “adjusting the tea’s sweetness to your exact taste,” you realize…

There’s nowhere else you’d rather be.

Even if it’s exhausting.
