So, I debated which image to use for this one because there isn't really any "official art" for the SCP Foundation community characters, it's pretty much all community/fan-created art. The base image is used for his personnel file on the wikidot though, so I figured that's about as close as I could come in this situation. OP is MireGari, who is still on tumblr as @motgarel

FBI-UIU

Horribly underfunded, extremely disorganized, and extremely unpredictable, the UIU is a branch of the FBI made during The Great Spy Wars (publicly known as the Cold War), a war and arms race of mental, memetic, and anti-memetic anomalies from behind the veil.

The Great Spy Wars was quickly and forcefully ended when a global anti-memetic bomb was used, causing all memories of the wars and those who died in them to be permanently erased. This only left the memories of the public Cold War.

As the Unusual Incidents Unit of the FBI was specifically made for these wars, everyone forgetting the reason the sub-branch was even founded severely harmed any hopes it had for decent funding.

They went from being able to turn The Statue of Liberty into a giant robot and making The Washington Monument its sword, to having barely enough funding to give all its operatives Kevlar.
