Sunday Runday! 🏃‍♀️ . I had a big run planned for today, but my tummy had other plans. After careful consideration and consults with other runners I had to opt for another treadmill run so I could stay close to the comforts of home. 🏡 . I was having some major acid reflux during the run so I kept the Tums near by and I certainly needed them. Thank goodness we bought a treadmill!! I’m not impressed with my time, but am SO happy I pushed through it and completed the long run!!!! 😁 . My muscles handled the run just fine, so that’s great to know. Plus, I put on a new show and fell in love with it. 💜 . I hope you all had a great weekend!
