6 things - 6 days Choose one and do it!
Read a shot story in the foreign language you’re studying. It's just a warm-up for the brain, and you don’t really need to take on something very serious. You can relax and read some funny story for kids.
Draw for about 15-20 minutes. It doesn’t matter how or what. The goal of the task is to allow yourself to relax, rest and escape from bad thoughts.
Listen to a performance on TED or the so-called slam poem. The topic should be interesting for you, otherwise it won’t work out.
Pull yourself out of the sink and walk around the neighborhood for at least half an hour. First, fresh air (I hope you don’t live near the gassy route)) - it's wonderful. Secondly, even the most inveterate stay-at-home’s, whom I personally am, sometimes need to unwind and stretch their legs.
Read 5 interesting facts about this world. And if you think this is absolutely useless, you’ve just never experienced this distraught look from others, who haven’t known about such things .
Allow yourself to buy a heart-warming little thing. Reward yourself for all the effort!
