Apologies for the delay on this chapter! I could give excuses about my friend being over or currently being sick, but the truth is, this is the first time I've ever reached the ending of a story I've shared with others. And I've been very nervous about making an ending that would feel 'right' for this story.

In the end, I decided I need to just be fine with what I have instead of trying to chase a perfection that doesn't exist. So I really hope this is a good ending, albeit an ambiguous one. Healing takes a long time, after all.

For my next fic, I'm still considering writing the AU where Apo doesn't turn Sausage (and the falling dominos that follow from that), but that'll be for later. At the moment, I'm focused on making videos for a fan Vampires SMP project called Blood in the Pines, where my character, Vi, is going through The Horrors.
