Ohanzee Otaktay and “The Celt”

They are mortal enemies and the celt is Ohanzee’s berserk button. Ohanzee definitely needs some more details BUT I was sort of intentionally leaving him kind of plain looking. Also fixed his pants.

There’s a sort of plothole in The Celt’s current design work ONLY because he probably won’t have the stuff he’s wearing n this picture in his current situation.
