I'm not good with Shakespearian language so apologies for that one!
When your boyfriend Loki suggested a literal gang bang with other variants of himself, you thought he was going mad.
Sure he didn't call it that, he called it a day of lovemaking with five glorious Loki cocks, but still that's what it was.
You thought he was joking, until he began working through an actual plan of how to get the variants in the same place at the same time and you realised he was serious.
You could have told him to stop, that the plan was nuts, but the more you thought about it, the more turned on you became and your reluctant agreement soon turned into one of nervous exctiement.
That's how you found yourself currently sitting on cowboy Loki's cock, riding it while four other Loki's circled around you like prey, all awaiting their turns to ruin you while they stroked at their own hard lengths.
"That's it darling, ride me like your life depends on it." Cowboy Loki moaned from beneath you as you circled your hips over him.
"We could always involve knives so her life actually depends on it." President Loki suggested with a smirk.
"No, you don't harm her or you're out." Your Loki said sternly.
"I agree." TVA Loki said sternly.
"Of course you do, you've gone soft." President Loki scoffed.
"Will you all...shut...up..." You breathed as you felt your peak nearing.
"The fair lady hath spoken." Shakespeare Loki added with a lustful grin, allowing you to focus on finding your climax.
"That's it, keep going minx." Cowboy Loki panted, throwing his head back in pleasure as sweat laced his brow.
On queue your body snapped and you came hard around cowboy Loki's cock, causing him to follow right behind you as you clamped down on him.
"Perfect. So perfect. I'll take that over a horse any day." Cowboy Loki panted as he came down from his high.
"You did well darling." Loki said softly, brushing your hair from your face and placing a soft kiss to your temple before helping you off of your first cock of the day.
"My turn." President Loki said with an evil grin.
"Why should you get to go next?" TVA Loki argued.
"Because I'm obviously the most important Loki." He responded.
You shook your head with a laugh, unable to believe that you'd agreed to more egos in one room.
"Shut up the pair of you." Loki snapped, "She's my woman so I will decide."
He turned his attention back to you with a fond smile.
"Get on all fours darling." He ordered and you quickly complied, crawling back onto the now empty bed and holding yourself up with shaky arms.
"You take her mouth, you take her from behind." He ordered the other Loki's and you waited patiently to see which ones would be joining you next.
President Loki knelt on the bed in front of you with a wide smirk, eyes dangerously black and cock bobbing in front of your face.
"Well hello." He purred and you smiled back before dropping your jaw for him, hearing him groan as he pushed his cock into your waiting mouth.
"Oh gods, yes." He groaned and you preened at the praise, feeling a cock notch at your entrance behind you.
"Thou hast more beauty than a rose, more..." Shakespeare Loki began as he pushed his cock in you, before he was quickly interrupted.
"Just shut up and fuck her." President Loki snarled, "Whilst I don't mind looking at myself when I come, I could do without hearing you talk."
"Right, of course." Shakespeare Loki replied before he began a slow rhythm of thrusts in and out of your soaked cunt.
You dribbled and gagged around President Loki's cock while he lazily fucked your face, feeling the heat building in your core from the contrast between his rough treatment of your mouth and Shakespeare Loki's soft love making in your pussy.
It wasn't long before you were fluttering rapidly around Shakespeare Loki's cock, eyes rolling back in your head.
President Loki clutched your head in his long fingers and shoved his crotch against your nose, burying himself in your throat and cumming with a lewd moan while you were still coming down from your high.
You swallowed it down gladly and fell to your elbows as he retreated from the bed.
Shakespeare Loki suddenly pulled out with a grunt and you felt his cum hit your ass cheeks.
"Apologies." He breathed, "One mustn't become with child."
"She has an IUD you moron." Loki scoffed as the other Loki retreated from the bed and you dropped to the mattress for a moment's rest.
Your Loki shuffled onto the bed next to you, stroking down your back with his palm soothingly while you came down from another high.
"Are you ready for more my love?" He purred.
You nodded against the sheets in response and suddenly felt yourself being moved with strong arms.
TVA Loki laid down on the bed and Loki carefully placed you onto of him, placing kisses down your spine as he made his way down the bed.
He gripped TVA Loki's cock and helped guide it to your abused pussy and you let out a soft moan when TVA Loki pushed it into your channel, happily accepting another cock.
TVA Loki made no effort to move, cradling you gently against his torso.
You were about to question it when you felt Loki pressing his tip against your puckered hole.
TVA Loki's hold on you tightened protectively when you gasped, feeling Loki push his way into your tight channel with an animalistic groan.
He stilled when he bottomed out, balls slapping against your ass.
"Are you alright?" TVA Loki asked softly.
You nodded against his chest and moaned when they both began working their cocks in and out of you.
Loki gripped your hips tightly, getting faster and faster as he began to lose himself to the feeling of you gripping onto his cock.
"Gods woman," He growled, "They all may look like me, even fuck like me.."
His grip tightened as he began a furious rhythm of pounding into your ass, all the while TVA Loki was moaning and thrusting his hips up from below you.
"But they'll never have something that I have," He groaned, "They'll never have you. Not fully."
You let out a lewd moan, eyes rolling back in your skull as your climax teetered on the edge.
"You. Are. Mine." He growled once more, forcing himself as deep as he could.
You screamed as your coil snapped, coming down around the two Loki's harder than you ever have before, both your holes gripping cocks like you never wanted to let go.
They both worked you through it before chasing their own releases, filling you to the brim with warm godly cum.
When your holes were empty and clenching around air, Loki gathered you in his arms, whispering sweet nothings to your exhausted form.
"Feel free to wait downstairs." He said to the other four Loki's, who were all watching on with a soft fondness at your spent body, "We are far from done but she needs a minute."
When it was just you and Loki left, you curled your body around him, inhaling his comforting scent, the scent only he could provide you while he softly stroked your body with his cool palms.
"You see my darling," He whispered into your temple, "You are a goddess. You pleased not one, but five gods. You're incredible, beautiful and I'm so glad to call you mine."
Could you write a Logyn mini-story where they both watch the MCU Loki series and they absolutely destroy it Mystery Science Theater 3000 style please? Might feel a bit cathartic for Logyn shippers like me

You hurried to the locker rooms, unable to contain the excitement and the butterflies in your stomach. You stowed your helmet then your vest, inside the locker and hung your baton and TemPad on the door.
“Where are you off to in a hurry?” Hunter D-72 asked. “You’re having another date with your mystery man again, aren’t you?” she said as she took her armor off. You just smiled, buttoning down your shirt and smoothing over you’re A-line skirt. “Bless the Time Keepers! How long have you been here and you already got a boyfriend? I’ve been here two years! Two. Long. Mother fuckin’ years! And had no one looking at me!” You laughed as you buckled your heels into place.
“I’m just lucky I guess. It wasn’t like I was looking for someone. He just kinda…found me.” You smiled at her.
“Well, does he have a friend? You know what, never mind. If they ain’t a hunter, I don’t want ‘em. I don’t want any pencil pushers. Keepers know this agency’s got enough of ‘em.” You placed your hand on her shoulder as a way of solidarity and goodbye then started off.
She was right though. Being a hunter for the TVA had a different lifestyle. It was suspenseful and required long gritty hours. You were often the first on the scene and the first ones to bring back any variants that you captured. So like tends to like as most of the hunters get together and a lot of the ‘pencil pushers,’ as you guys like to call the analysts, stay within each other’s company too.
But your boyfriend was different. He wasn’t an analyst or a hunter. He had a name. Only the higher-ups ever get a name. He was also a variant - the only variant in the TVA.
A dangerous one, so Loki himself says. Mobius says he’s more like a kitten with a tiger’s growl, and you would have to agree.
Most variants end up being reset. You had no idea how Loki had managed to keep himself from being pruned and stay here working with the TVA.
You supposed his charm had a lot to do with it. You first met each other while accompanying Mobius to capture one of Loki’s more dangerous variants. Mobius wanted you and your team to secure the perimeter while he gathered temporal evidence. You could tell right away that Mobius was agitated at seeing you. He was hurried in giving you instructions. As if he wanted you to leave his presence immediately before Loki came.
Sure enough, that was when Loki showed up through the TemPad portal. Mobius had a look of defeat and resignation in his eyes as Loki came up to you.
Loki couldn’t keep his eyes off of you. He stumbled on his words. Not listening to Mobius and often having to ask him to repeat himself. While Mobius begrudgingly collected his temporal evidence, Loki followed you like a lost kitten, securing the perimeter.
That was three months ago. Loki had asked you out to lunch, and since then you’ve been joined at the hip whenever either of you was free.
A hand grabbed you from behind, halting your musings, and pushed you against a dark corner of the hallway. You tried to scream and fight as they covered your mouth and pressed up against you.
“Shh. Shh. It’s me.” Loki said letting go of your mouth.
“Loki! Don’t sneak up on me like that!”
“Hello there, darling,” Loki said as he kissed you passionately. You wound your arms around his neck, pulling him closer while giggling like a schoolgirl about to get caught. “I’ve missed you terribly.”
“And I, you,” you said giving him one last kiss on his soft lips. “So what are we going to do tonight?”
“I thought we could do the usual? Movie. Popcorn. Obscenely making fun of the stupidity that people get themselves into.” He said with a laugh. “But with a twist.”
“Hmm. Does that twist end up with us naked by the end of the night?” You asked unashamedly.
“Good Fates, I hope it does!” he leaned over you for another kiss, grinding you against the wall. “Come on. I want to show you something.”
He led you to Time Theater 18, where he set up a comfy-looking couch, large enough to be a bed. It was bedecked with pillows, a blanket, and a small tray of food to the side. “Where did all this come from?” you asked, wide-eyed and excited.
“I had to pull a few strings.”
“Casey?”
“Casey!” Loki nodded. “I thought we could…watch this tonight.” Loki handed you a film reel marked “ETH-616/Loki Laufeyson.” You looked up at him concerned.
“Loki. This is your life.”
“I know, darling. Like I said, ‘the stupidity that people get themselves into.’ Come.” Loki took back the reel and bade you sit down while he set up the projector.
“Are you sure, Loki? You know, we could just talk and I can ask questions to get to know you. Like a normal couple would. You don’t have to do this.” You underhandedly joked. You were always curious about his life. But you figured that both of you had enough time to learn about each other.
“When have we ever been a conventional couple? Plus, I’m ready for you to get to know me. All of me.” He said as he took a seat next to you. A warm blush rose in your cheeks and traveled throughout your body. He was purposely letting himself be vulnerable with you. Your heart sparked new love as you settled next to him on the couch. His arm over your shoulders and your head on his chest.
The film started with Odin finding a baby Loki on Jotunheim. “Awe, look at you! You were so cute as a baby!” you squealed with delight. “Wait! Why is Odin taking you? Is he kidnapping you?” You screamed with horror.
“You know, to this day, I have no idea why he took me.” His voice was laced with pain and sorrow. How would Loki’s life differ if he had stayed in Jotunheim? If Odin had just left him?
Although, if Odin did forsake Loki, he would be the one taken by the TVA. I suppose it had to happen.
“You were a treasure. Odin knew it and saw it. He would be a fool not to take something as valuable as you.” You said, patting his chest. Loki smiled at you, a small thank you for your kind words.
You tried to appease Loki. But secretly, you wished that Odin would accidentally fall onto something sharp, preferably your blade, while you were holding it.
“Let’s fast forward a bit shall we?” Loki took the remote and forwarded the projection. It stopped with Thor running through the gardens of Asgard.
“Guys wait up,” Thor said as he tried catching up to two other boys. One with unruly red hair and the other, a sleek blonde. They all looked to be about eight or nine.
“That’s Fandral. And the rather portly one is Volstagg.” Loki said pointing to the two boys respectively.
“Fandral? Volstagg? What kind of names are those?”
“Asinine ones,” Loki said derisively, taking a handful of popcorn.
Fandral had stopped and yelled, “Come on. We’ll miss it.” Thor bent down to catch his breath, placing his hands on his knees.
“Awe, poor god of thunder out of breath?” Loki criticized, stuffing popcorn into his mouth.
Something shiny glistened in Thor’s peripheral vision. He looked over to see a beautiful emerald snake slithering out of the tall grass.
“Is that you? That’s you, isn’t it? Fifty credits say that’s you.” You exclaimed.
“Hello there, beautiful,” Thor said to the snake as he got closer. The snake continued to slither across the path, eager to get to the other side.
“Leave me alone! I’m just a poor venomous snake, minding my own business.” Loki mocked in a high-pitched voice, making you giggle in your seat.
Thor wasn’t having that. He wanted to play with it. He wanted to see the iridescent scale catch the sunlight. “I love snakes. Would you like to be my pet, dear snake?” Thor said aloud.
“Come on Thor! We’re gonna miss it!” Volstagg yelled out.
“Volstagg couldn’t wait for that damned buffet at the great hall!” Loki remarked.
“In a minute!” Thor went to grab the snake that was almost to the dense grass on the other side. As soon as he picked up the snake, it wound itself around his arm and bit him. Thor let out a loud yell as smoke began to blow all around him.
“Yaaah. It’s me.” You heard Loki’s young voice through the smoke. Thor’s grip only got tighter around Loki’s arm. “Unhand me!” Then you saw him take out a small dagger and stab Thor in the hand, releasing his grip.
“I knew it! I knew it was you!” you said proudly.
“Well done, darling,” Loki said kissing your temple. “I don’t have credits. But perhaps I could pay you with something else?” He said as he peppered kisses onto your face, making you laugh.
“Loki!” Thor yelled in anger. Loki only laughed.
“Serves you right! Picking up strange creatures you know nothing about.” Loki continued his way through the grass as if he didn’t just stab the future king of Asgard.
“I can’t believe you stabbed him!” You laughed as you playfully hit Loki on the shoulder.
“Serves him right. The boy had too many pets already. Why in the heaven’s would he want another snake?”
The night continued on, with Loki skipping to different parts of his life. When he got to the Battle of New York. You had booed when the Avengers came on the screen and defeated Loki, throwing popcorn at the projection. “They’re a construction worker short of becoming the next Village People.” You said and Loki laughed.
He jumped forward again to a scene where he was put in a cell for his crimes against Midgard. A cloaked figure came to visit him. You couldn’t see their face, only that Loki had looked at them fondly.
“Ooh, who is that mystery person?”
“No one. Let’s just skip to the next scene, shall we?”
“Loki. It’s ok if it’s a past love. I’m fine. I understand. I wouldn’t hold that against you. I’ve had previous lovers before too. We’re together now. That’s all that matters.” You tried to soothe.
“Loki what have you done?” The figure said forlornly. Their voice sounded so familiar.
“Took you long enough!” he spat out in his cell. “Ashamed to be connected to the disgraced prince of Asgard? Is that why you haven’t come to visit me sooner? Have you come to renounce our marriage?” Loki’s tone was acerbic and hurtful.
“No, Loki, I have not! Odin has purposely kept me away from seeing you. I’m only here because Frigga has snuck me in. I needed to see you.”
“Why? So you can tell me how stupid I was for trying to invade Midgard?”
“To tell you that I loved you! I love you still.” The mystery person’s hood fell as she yelled. Revealing your face. “I mourned you!”
You gasped aloud in the theater. Seeing your face on the projection. What does this mean? Am…I a variant?
Loki had just watched you this whole time. He was so brave at the beginning of the night. He was so sure that he was ready for you to learn about this. But the closer you got to certain parts of his life, he started to question whether this was the right thing to do. To tell you the truth. You were blissfully happy living in ignorance. Would he be cruel to take that away from you?
“I mourned you, Loki. I thought you had died. I cried in the arms of your mother every night since you left. And when you came back, not a word, a single note to say you were alright or that you had thought about me. I had to watch you try to take over Midgard. What happened, my love? Why?” you yelled.
“My loyal Sigyn. I did this for us.”
“Lies! You did this for yourself. You know all I ever wanted was to be by your side. Whether you were a prince or a pauper.”
“What good would a pauper do to help you? To give you what you needed?”
“Was my love not enough?”
“Was mine?!” he yelled back.
“It was everything.” You answered back in a soft voice.
You looked to Loki. His eyes never left your face, watching you as you watched the screen. Tears glistened at the corners of his eyes, threatening to fall.
“How long have you known?” you whispered.
“Since I first saw you. Mobius was quite angry at the turn of events. I don’t think he anticipated you showing up. He tried to dangle your presence in the TVA as bait for me to cooperate. So when I finally did see you, he knew he had to find something else to motivate me in compliance.” Loki admitted.
That explains Mobius’s sharp behavior that night. “He knows we’ve been seeing each other. He’s keeping it a secret from Ravonna. So we can continue to be together.”
“Wh…Why would she care?” you asked confused.
“Because we’re both variants.”
“But if I’m a variant then everyone else is a variant too! This whole place is a lie!”
“Shh. Darling, please. It’s the only way we could be together.” He begged you. “We’ll both be pruned if they know that we know. You must keep it a secret!”
“Loki. Is this more of your lies?”
“No, my dear Sigyn. No more lies. Not for you. That’s why I wanted to tell you.”
“Sigyn? Th-that’s not my…my designation is Hunter L-52! I – I can’t. I have to get out of here.”
Loki let you go. Watching you leave him alone as the projection on the screen replayed his last dying breath to the Mad Titan.
Loki found you in a time theater watching a projection of your life. You had stacks of reels next to you. ETH-616/Sigyn Laufeyson. ETH-507/Y/N Laufeyson. ETH-199999/Y/N Y/LN.
It had been days since he last saw you. He wanted to give you space. To deal with it in your own way. Until Mobius had alerted him to what you were doing.
“Darling.” He called out. He stood next to you as you sat there continuing to watch yourself on the screen.
“It’s our wedding day. I was so nervous that you wouldn’t show up. Thor and The Warriors Three took you out the night before for a surprise stag party. Lady Sif had to reassure me by supplying me with mead.” You laughed at the memory you never had. “Good thing we Asgardians have a good constitution against alcohol, right?”
“I’m sorry my love. I never meant for you to go through this alone.” Loki said.
“Why? Why tell me now?”
“Because you had a right to know. Most importantly, because I made a promise that you were the one person I would never lie to.”
“Am I even your person? Who am I? There are so many variations of me.”
“My Sigyn died in my timeline. Protecting the Queen and Jane Foster from the dark elves’ attack on the palace. I led them straight to her. And I regret it every day since.”
“Is this some sick way for you to liberate yourself from that guilt?” You asked angrily.
“No, darling.” Loki knelt in front of you, seeing you eye to eye, blocking your view of the video playing on the wall. “I never expected to see you again. I accepted it as my punishment. And when I did see you. I vowed to never take it for granted. I know you are not my Sigyn. And I am not your Loki. But if watching any of these reels have shown you, I hope it has shown you that I am completely and madly in love with you.
“No matter what version or form you take. No matter who you may be or become. That no matter what your name is, no matter what happens, you will always be my Sigyn.” Loki cupped your cheek and brought your crying face closer to his. He kissed your tears. One on each cheek. “I will always find my way to you.” Then sought your lips.
His kiss brought on a new meaning now. It has depth and history. A complete feeling of the soul finding soul. You didn’t realize the depth of emotion and affection it had until now.
You cried harder into his kiss, hugging him tighter, feeling at home. “What happened to me? How come I can’t remember my past life? Was I reset?”
His eyes grew heated and his demeanor changed to that of a betrayed and tyrannical king. “Yes, darling, you were. And I will burn this place to the ground, the Time Keepers along with it, for having touched you.”

Part 11 - Dance
Perhaps he was thinking about this too much.
Loki glanced at the growing pile of empty glasses that were slowly being cleared by the servers. It barely affected him at first, but now there was a faint buzz he felt in his system. Not enough to be drunk, but enough to feel the weight ease off his shoulders just a slight bit. He needed something to soothe the dull ache that wouldn’t go away in the deepest reaches of his heart.
He had left the table when he noticed that Sylvie had drifted off to sleep. No matter how much she fought it, she couldn’t win against her exhaustion. And maybe he shouldn’t have fought against it either. But… No matter how much he tried to escape his own thoughts, they still resurfaced like a pestering bug. Constantly feeding him things from his “future,” that he never seemed able to escape from since the moment he watched it.
“My name,” a voice almost dripping in honey said in the back of his mind the second he let his guard down. “What? You don’t remember it?”
Reaching for another proffered glass, he gulped down all its contents in one fell swoop. Still, it did little to silence the voice.
“[Y/N],” it resolutely reminded him. “My name is [Y/N] [Y/L/N].”
Then, the same voice said something contradictory. It was the exact same voice, but the tone and presence was different.
“Not [Y/N],” she countered, an image of her now emerging in his mind, no longer just her voice. “I already told you. My name is [Y/A].”
He frowned and motioned for another drink.
“I told you,” her voice was still very sweet, but it was now dripping in venom. “I’m. Not. [Y/N]!”
“Then who are you?!” He demanded as his fist hit the bar counter top, startling the bartender.
Realizing his mistake, Loki apologized sheepishly to her before quickly taking the new drink and downing it again in one go. He held his head as the alcohol was taking painfully long to kick in. It wasn’t giving him a pleasant buzz, but instead helping his suppressed memories of [Y/N] resurface.
Loki couldn’t quite wrap his head around what to do when it came to her. He once wanted nothing more than to meet her again. Especially after all that he witnessed, he wanted to sit down with her. Have a proper conversation with her. Forget about his worries or life and just ask about her.
How long had she been stuck on Saakar before the two had met? What made her cry that day she was looking out the window on that planet? How did she meet the Avengers? Was she an Avenger? How did she meet Thor? Did she really not have any feelings towards his brother? And what happened to her hands? Did it hurt? And, most of all… Was she happy? Even… Even without him by her side?
But all these questions were meaningless to the [Y/N] he was with now.
This [Y/N] had no memories of the [Y/N] he had witnessed in the lobby of Stark Tower. She even viewed herself as an entirely different person, being offended at being compared to the other. She insisted on being called a different name, but he couldn’t bring himself to do so. If he did, it was like admitting that this truly wasn’t the [Y/N] he desperately wanted to get to know. If he did, what of his feelings then? Was what he was feeling a lie?
But he knew he felt something towards this [Y/N], even if she insisted he was mistaken. He knew, because deep down he wanted to know everything there was to know about her. Regardless of her time with the TVA, or her training, he wanted to know about her as a person.
Did she know Mobius? Were they friends? Which office did she work in? Has she ever met any incarnations of himself, like now? How did she feel after meeting them? Did she try to protect them like she tried to protect him?
Now that question made his eyebrow twitch and he quickly had to move on before lingering on that thought.
Has she ever been to Asgard? Had she seen how beautiful it was when the sun hit the castle just right? Has she ever experienced the parties they would throw after a grand victory? The music that would play? The never-ending dance that everyone would join into? And had she met his mo… The queen? If not, would she like to one day?
His mind wandered so far, that his grip over his illusionary uniform faded. But no one really noticed. They were all paying attention to themselves, not to anyone else. And neither did he. He was so lost in thought, pondering all these questions, that he didn’t have time to notice. But someone did. Someone realized it the moment it wore off, and suffice to say they were not pleased.
~
[Y/N] couldn’t comprehend what she was seeing.
When the illusion cast around her was dispelled, she quickly turned back the way she came. Thank goodness she wasn’t around other people, because she would not be able to explain what was going on. She was expecting all sorts of things that might’ve resulted in the illusion failing. Perhaps Loki and Sylvie couldn’t take it anymore and were fighting again. Or maybe they blew their cover and were going against the guards. Or perhaps they were discovered by the TVA and were already captured.
So many possibilities… But nothing could’ve prepared her for this.
There, at the same booth she left the two, Sylvie lay fast asleep. And Loki? He was nowhere to be found. She knew he was still on the train, given that they needed the Ark to charge the TemPad, but she felt a migraine forming as she thought of how she would look for him while not drawing attention to herself.
That’s when something else gave her a surprise.
“Back already?” A smooth voice whispered into her ear.
She whirled around, her instincts kicking in, and grabbed the collar of the person who stood right behind her, nearly tackling him to the ground. That’s when she saw who it was. Who had the nerve to sneak up on her during this situation.
“Loki,” she grumbled, still holding him by the collar, “what do you think you’re doing?”
He held his hands up in a teasing display of defeat, but hidden behind that suave smile of his was shock.
Loki hadn’t expected [Y/N] to be back so soon, but when he saw her rush through those doors, adorned in her TVA uniform, he realized what had happened. Looking down at himself, he confirmed that his magic was no longer at work. It wouldn’t have really mattered to him too much, if he didn’t see the panic that was evident on [Y/N]’s face.
A guilty pang stabbed lightly at his already aching heart. But then another thought surfaced, burying that feeling with another. Curiosity.
He recalled the thing his “future” self loved to do. And he, too, wanted to revel in it first-hand. He wanted to see how [Y/N] would react if he, just like his “future” counterpart, whispered in her ear. Would she be startled and jump up? Would her face take on a slight hint of pink from embarrassment? Would he love it just as much as “future” him did?
But reality was truly different.
How was he to know just how long [Y/N] was trained to do field work for the TVA? How was he to know that the “future” [Y/N] he had seen in the “Sacred Timeline,” never had any formal training? And how was he to know that if he snuck up on [Y/N] who had military-esche practices ingrained into her for who-knows-how-long, she would choose fight over flight?
What really made him stunned, though, was how he took that difference. A part of him worried that this might happen. That she would be different from the [Y/N] he had only the briefest encounters with. That he would inevitably be disappointed. But… There was no disappointment to be found. Only… Relief?
While Loki pondered this unforeseen emotion, [Y/N] was impatiently waiting for an answer. And seeing how he had gotten lost in thought, as well as a nearly emptied glass in his hand, she put two-and-two together.
“Are you drunk?” [Y/N] questioned, finally letting him go, with a look of utter disbelief spread across her face.
Now that got his attention.
“You’re drinking on the job?”
She couldn’t believe her eyes. [Y/N] knew the consequences of alcohol, as it was a rule that they were not even supposed to touch such drinks while on a mission, but to think that this man would-
Wait… [Y/N] took a moment to readjust her thoughts. Can Frost Giants get drunk? Asgardians have a high alcohol tolerance, but… What was it about Frost Giants again?
“How many did you two have?” [Y/N] asked as she glanced at the booth that Sylvie slept on.
Not a trace of alcohol could be seen.
Loki could see the disappointment evident on her face. Truth be told, he did have a lot. It was indeed much more than any of the passengers could handle. But it wasn’t enough to cloud his thoughts. Only give him a nice buzz. However, that didn’t change the fact that [Y/N]’s already low opinion of him was drastically getting lower.
But what could he do? What could he say? The glass in his hand, the smell of his breath. Everything screamed that he had indeed been drinking. How was he supposed to know that [Y/N] would disapprove? Did his “future” self know this? Was he not paying enough attention during their “future” moments on Saakar? Did she drink during the Grand Master’s parties?
The more he thought, the more jumbled his mind became. And the more distracted he was, the more [Y/N] contributed this to the alcohol. She couldn’t even look at him anymore. Not with the situation being so serious.
Noticing her turning away from him, and with alcohol still very much in his system, Loki panicked.
“Dance with me.”
[Y/N]’s head whirled to face him so fast that he was worried she’d get whiplash.
“What?”
She couldn’t believe her ears. And deep down, she really did hope she heard him wrong. Maybe he said something else, and she failed to register it with the bustling of the other passengers. So she gave him the benefit of the doubt, with more confusion written on her face than the anger bubbling underneath.
Loki, on the other hand, couldn’t believe his own words. Where had that come from? Was it because just earlier he was thinking about if she had ever been to Asgard? Experienced their celebrations? Danced with the other warriors? What was he doing?
“What did you just say?” She repeated, hoping that she really did hear incorrectly.
But Loki was already too lost in his own thoughts now. They were no longer thinking at the same wavelength. He, now, registered her question with a memory from his first experience at the TVA. Recalling a different agent he had only had the pleasure of meeting twice during his whole time there. The one who had lived his whole life behind a desk. Casey.
“Dance,” Loki repeated, motioning his hand towards the band to get them to play a tune. “You do know what dancing is, right?”
He really hoped she did, but also hoped that it wasn’t because she had danced with someone else. Maybe he didn’t want her to know what it was after all. Just the thought of her in the arms of another, regardless of man or woman, annoyed him to no end. But if she hadn’t… Would she allow him to teach her?
“You’re confused,” [Y/N] sighed, snapping him from his delusions. “You’re confused about the situation you’re in. We are not here to have fun. We are not here for games. We are here to escape, remember? To survive. This isn’t the time-”
“One song,” Loki interrupted as he grabbed her hand and pulled her in closer. “One dance.”
Before she could resist, he called for everyone to join.
The other passengers were already intrigued with this strange pair, and with the lively music that swung into play, the room quickly came alive. [Y/N] had missed her chance to escape his clutches, as she realized that the more people watched them, the more attention they would draw if she fought back.
And so, [Y/N] was stuck in one of the worst traps possible. The trap of societal convention. She had to begrudgingly accept her fate as Loki swung her to-and-fro. Her body twisted and turned alongside him, his expertise in navigating the crowd slightly getting her attention. Her eyes trailed down to her feet, unable to focus on anything else as she tried to not trip over anything and make a complete embarrassment of herself.
“I guess that’s one question answered,” he quietly murmured as he brought her ever closer.
“What?” She asked, not looking up from the ground.
“You’ve definitely never danced before,” he chuckled, the sound rumbling to her own body.
She should’ve felt offended, but when she looked up at him to counter, she noticed his expression. The way he looked at her… It seemed like he needed this. As if one worry had lessened on his mind. Her irritation vanished almost instantly, so she decided to let the matter drop. And besides, it was the truth. Where in the world would she have even taken the time to dance? Definitely not back at the TVA.
“It’d be my pleasure to teach you, if you’d allow me.”
“Hmmm,” she mused, pretending to think about the offer.
Strangely, it was tempting. She didn’t know why she would even want to learn to dance. It wasn’t practical. There would never be a need to use it while on a mission. But when he offered, a part of her begged to accept. Still, she was more rational and silenced the voice.
“I’ll take a rain check on that.”
With that, it should’ve been a smooth transition to leave the dance floor. To edge away from all the attention. The music had certainly slowed down enough for her to leave. But, her dance partner had other thoughts in mind.
The room spun as she was pulled back into his arms. Suddenly, at a speed she couldn’t quite comprehend, he held her gently as she was dipped with her back facing the floor. During the movement, her arms instinctively wrapped around his shoulders and his arms held her around her waist. It wasn’t to the point where her back was strained, as he supported most of her weight, but she could barely process what just happened in this brief second.
“One dance,” Loki reminded her, with a soft smile and a look that pulled at her heart. “One song.”
Unable to refuse, as if in a daze, she danced with him once more. This time, she didn’t resist. She followed his lead, and soon she began to pick up the rhythm. Although this was her first time dancing, her body was well-trained to adapt. Soon, she swayed to the beat and was expertly moving along with his steps, no longer looking only at the ground. She began to predict where his feet would go, and she in turn moved along.
Her mind no longer focused on how to move, but instead on her partner. On how he was so poised and balanced, even while intoxicated. On how his breathing was smooth, even when they were moving so much. So her frustrations quickly turned to curiosity. And curiosity eventually lead the way to mischief.
“My turn,” she warned, an evil glint in her eye, as she caught Loki by surprise.
Her foot moved just a bit faster than the music, so subtle that only a trained eye would be able to capture the change, and she took that moment to forcefully step right where she predicted his foot would go. Unfortunately, she smiled in triumph too soon. What she didn’t take into account was that Loki was also well trained. Perhaps for longer than she was trained in the TVA.
Loki expertly dodged her attempts, but she wasn’t deterred by the failure. The two went back and forth, [Y/N] always on the offensive and Loki always defensive. Whenever a chance arose, she would extend her foot and he would move out of the way. They were almost waltzing together, in a chaotic yet synchronized way.
She couldn’t deny it. [Y/N] was beginning to genuinely enjoy this. Although she couldn’t say the same thing for any dance, this one in particular was… It was the most fun she had in a long, long time. Perhaps the first, if she could remember that far.
It was almost like they were the only ones in the room. Like everyone else was gone and only the music could be heard. Like they were the only ones that existed in this space.
A laugh escaped [Y/N] when Loki twirled her once more. She had forgotten the mission and even her small acts of revenge. Now, she was just enjoying this moment of peace. And Loki… He was enraptured by her smile. For once, he was not overlapping her with “[Y/N].” No, right now, all he could see was her. And only her.

Author’s Side Note: Honestly, the inspiration for this part came from this YouTube clip of Tom Hiddleston’s waltz scene from another movie: [link]. It’s not a perfect description of the scene, but I hope you liked it!
I appreciate how Loki is solidly the eye candy in this show. There's even a female version of him, but she's decked out in leather armor as is appropriate to her personality/lifestyle and not randomly sexily shown off just bc she's female, while theatrical showoff Loki gets the stylish and hot shots of him posing or breathing hard. Character appropriate. Nice.
