It’s time for me to be kind to myself. 🥀 If I were to ever utter the words I tell myself everyday to another human being, I would come across as cruel, selfish, and blatantly derogatory. So why do I think it’s acceptable to talk to myself that way? 🤯 . It so easier to get into negative self talk than it is positive affirmations. But the rewards of self love extend way further than the walls of your mind. They radiate to people around you, and then return to lighten you self imposed yoke of oppression. 😌🌸 .
