These vegan cinnamon flapjacks are a delightful treat for breakfast or as a snack. They are easy to make and bursting with sweet cinnamon flavor.
Ingredients: 2 cups rolled oats. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Rolling oats, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt should all be mixed together in a large bowl. Well mix until all the ingredients are mixed together evenly. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the mixture out evenly on it. Firmly press down on the mixture to pack it down. After the oven is hot, bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Time to cool down after taking it out of the oven. While still warm, cut into squares about the size of flapjacks. Serve and have fun!
