Horseplay will lead to Discovery. Find out what our cleric is more than capable of.
This piece is of Xaiphyra, Stephanoodle's centaur cleric and a valued party member in a viking-themed fantasy game. A soul whose propensity for kindness knows few bounds and who possesses the competence to match, Xaiphyra found herself transported to a completely unfamiliar world, inducted into a party of warriors and scholars from different clans searching for information about the impending end of the world. She exudes positivity among the crew, constantly searching for answers and recording every last detail in her notebooks, helping us analyze the situations we find ourselves in, and showing us the direction we need to head in!
It occurred to me that the poses centaurs are usually depicted in are difficult, having to combine human and equine anatomy into one composition and it can be really tricky! I wanted to push myself here and try drawing a horse in a dynamic pose while maintaining clarity in the image. I have a background in watercolours and a love for atmosphere and wanted to incorporate some of that experience into my digital works. The pose was very tricky but I was inspired by old paintings of horses I saw at an art gallery in Texas with my very close friend and wanted to take cues on the dynamics of horses from the artists that grew up around them constantly!
Hope you enjoyed, sis traitor!

Commission for Koda over on FurAffinity. I went overboard with details again. But not the epicness, never enough epicness!
Fall of the ancients - World Tree
Another concept for the board game. The norse use the alien technology to make a structure resembling Yggdrasil
