FST-7 is a training principle created by Hany Rambod, @hanyrambod one of the worlds greatest muscle building coaches. He has used FST-7 for many years exclusively with his clients to create physiques that win trophies at major competitions... FST stands for Fascia Stretch Training, and the seven refers to the seven sets performed for the final exercise of a target bodypart. • Basically it’s technique which when done correctly allows the muscle to stretch further and blow up bigger. Imagine blowing up a ballon you normally stretch it a few times before blowing it up. • The first few exercises should be geared towards strength so for example if you are targeting your chest you might do 4 sets of 8 Bench Press, 4 sets of 8 incline Dumbell Press and then your final exercise is where the FST-7 is introduced usually in an isolation exercise. So you might do 7 sets of 12 cable crossovers with only 30 to 45 seconds rest in between sets.
