Woke up thrice to the 🐕

Grabbed my knee too many times rubbing it hoping the pain would go down. Inflammation sucks when taken a bad fall 😣

That sentence seems clunky as all get out 😣

I should eat breakfast so I can take my Meloxicam and ice this bad boy so I won't regret it in the next 40 years

EDIT: 934 I hate how limited to pain meds I am due to the sleeve due to NSAIDS but guise, I'd have the surgery done in a second over comfort

Quick update:

My last recorded weight was 193lbs. I had a quick doctors appointment today and weighed in at 184lbs. That’s 114lbs down since my surgery on December 30th.

VSG Update 6/20/2016

Hey guys! Quick a little update/ rant. So as you may know, my requirements to do the VSG surgery, your insurance is having you see some doctor once every 6 months. I already had 4 months down and needed 2 more. Yesterday my surgeon nurse said he's not going to count the first month I saw them because Im seeing another close by doctor to fill out my monthly papers (which he said I could do). Since the hospital I'm going to do the surgery is $40-60 taking a taxi to go up there and go back home. Doing that every month is expensive. He recommended to see my primary care doctor every month. Which I've been doing. Now yesterday/today (I'm uploading this late). He said he's not counting the first month because I'm not seeing him but my regular doctor. And that I'm going to have to do an extra month! I'll admit I was pissed off! He just blow me!! 😡 So close to getting this surgery and everything feels like it's going bad for me. The idiot said that since I saw my primary care doctor the same month I saw them. He told me that next month (July), bring 2 of the papers for my doctor to fill out. But the thing is, I have a feeling that my doctor isn't going to, because he's mean and very strict. And is not going to count it as a visit, even I visited him for a regular check up and stuff. Ugh.. but anyways, that's it. I'll let you know what happens next month.
