Lineage!
Adeline Orlando banged Dio in April of 1958 at age 29
Daniela Orlando born in January 1959.
Dio wasn't present in her life, so she did all she could to learn about him.
Daniela Brando-Trussardi horizontally tangos with Tonio in October of 1981 at 22 years old. Stellina is born in July of 1982.
She later disappears back to Italy without much explanation. Unsure if Daniela had a Stand or not. All I know is that she goes away and Stellina goes after her later. Tonio raises Stellina and teaches her the basics of cooking.

She's 7 years old when her Stand starts manifesting.
Happened Pre Part 4, she keeps having dreams where Dio was there, just facing away from her
-subconsciously knows he's her grandfather
-tell Tonio who panics fatherly
-start feeling kind of ill
-weird dreams occur more frequently
-violent headache
-finally stops due to Dio's defeat
-star birthmark on shoulder oops
Her hair was blonde before, now it's more golden. Her eyes are teal.
The Stand she manifests is Rockabye, which makes people fall asleep. More on that later.
By the time Part 4 happens, she's 19 and primarily working at the restaurant and the hotel. She uses her Stand to help people sleep better and provides room service. She has Rockabye Act 1.
I can't imagine she would be a main character. Maybe she shows up here and there in the background, or maybe she consults with Tonio about her grandfather. She probably hangs around Rohan to either drag him to Tonio's, or just to chat. She thinks his fashion sense is interesting.
She has a lot of physical strength because her Stand isn't good for fighting. It's good for stalling.
Fun fact: First her name was Avesha Turrivetto and I made her for Part 5. This was what she looked like!
The quality is a little bit ass because I had to get it from my Wattpad account😭 her Stand name was Shielded Bronze until I improved Everything.
She was Celessa Trussardi for a long while, then briefly Celestia, now Stellina!

STAND AND FAMILY INFO
Rockabye Act 1: Can make a person sleep for 10 minutes max, cooldown is applied once the target wakes up, and will last the duration that the target was sleeping for.
The Stand has to touch the person in order for it to work, and here's another funny rule! It's left hand will give the person a nice dream, the right hand will give them horrible nightmares
Range: Decent
Strength: Low
Defense: Decent
Speed: Decent
Strategy: If she's in a fight with an enemy and she needs time to think, she can send them to sleep and plan.

Act 2: Can now make multiple people fall asleep at once and now she can go up to 20 minutes. Cooldown occurs at the same time, but is reduced by half.
Ex: asleep for 10 minutes? Cooldown is 5.
There is now a minor healing factor that can apply to the target, but that will only be activated if the Stand touches the target with its left hand. The Stand no longer needs to touch the target to make them fall asleep, as it has a radius for its ability.

Act 3: Probably awakened in Part 5.
So because I decided making her a descendent of Dio was funny, Act 3 can essentially make everything (including inanimate objects) sleep. That includes clocks. That basically means she can stop time, provided it's in a small room.
Even if she isn't in a small room, the people in the area will pass out. Why? Wider range.
Range of time can go up to 5 minutes before she gets tired, stopping time is hard, man. If she's just making a person sleep, then the maximum extends to 30 minutes.
The difference between stopping time and making someone sleep is probably what she calls out.
For sleep: "Act 3, make them sleep!"
For Time: "Act 3, stop the clock!"
Cooldown is however exhausted she is. Stellina is very liable to passing out on the spot after it wears off. She could technically do it twice in a row if she has the energy for it.
Let's see, she can wake people up if she chooses, and then that time can be used to plan.
There's an improved healing factor, of course. Can probably heal large gashes or fractured bones
General attack power: Still really low, even in Act 3. All attack power is coming from physical strength.
General defense: fairly high.
General speed: Not bad. Maybe mid.
Range: After someone has fallen asleep, she can leave the area, and they'll still be asleep. Even in Act 3.

EMPLOYMENT WITH LA SQUADRA
22 year old Stellina goes to Italy in search for clues about her mother. She gets a job at a hotel where she does the exact same thing she did back in Morioh. She uses her Stand to help people sleep and provides room service.
A few months into her stay she runs into Doppio who asks if she could use some help. She says she's looking for someone and he gives her La Squadra's address, claiming they could help.
They're very confused when a civilian just knocks on the door. They send a Stand out to see if she reacts (she doesn't)
Risotto comes out, she tells him that a strange man with pink hair sent her and through increasingly wacky hijinks, she ends up employed with La Squadra.
In terms of what her role in Part 5 would be, I really don't know? Yeah, her being with La Squadra would place her around where they appear, but I think Giorno and her would just know they were related. It was probably the distinctly golden hair.
There's a 7 year age gap between them if I did my math right. Giorno is technically her uncle, but they both decide it's awkward, so they say they're cousins instead.
She sees Narancia, Fugo and Trish as little siblings. She was an only child, so this is fascinating to her.
