Almost 10 years ago, this CC was created for TS3 by @m1ssduo and converted for TS4 by May Sims.
I always thought it was beautiful, but I didn't have (nor did I want to cause offense by making) a character that was appropriate to wear it. So, I am glad that TS4 Horse Ranch has the Grove family who, I believe, are Native Americans.
I did a little research on Native American headdresses and learned that they are also called War Bonnets. These war bonnets were traditionally worn by the Indigenous peoples of the Great Plains and Canadian Prairies. There are many tribes that belong to these peoples, including the Cheyenne, Plains Cree, Lakota, and Plains Apache. They were both nomadic and sedentary.

Of course, Umber may not be ready to wear a war bonnet officially because he is neither a spiritual or political leader of a tribe. Still, perhaps, one day.
It is still possible to find both versions of this CC, but not directly. For the TS3 version, please search via Google. For the TS4, please check the following sims download post by Casmar Sims (you will need to download the sim).
