Jarro the starfish

Ok so I love Jarro but I have noticed he doesn’t get any where near enough attention. So this is a problem. I need there to be a show with Jarro and batman. 

Side note: Jarro’s voice needs to be high pitched and adorable. He deserves it.  the only other voice I will accept is if it is comically deeper than batman's voice. because reasons.
