Ghostbat AU where Bruce and khoa were art students and had a relationship but then Bruce decided not to pursue a career in art and they had a fight over it and broke up.

Years later Bruce is now working as a teacher and everyone of his kids have flown the nest and he’s trying to cope with it. And then in comes minhkhoa khan with a successful career in art to the point of being bored of it and he just so happens to be setting up a gallery in Bruce’s home town. Khoa annoys Bruce into working with him on art again. And they both help each other rediscover their past passion for art while hanging out together.

ed and stede as innkeepers though would be so funny. because they're both insane. so imagine you show up to the inn and ed answers the door in a kiss the cook apron and tells you all about how he's an innkeeper and not a pirate and sometimes a fisherman and an accountant. and that dinner is at 8 and he hopes you like fish because he's cooking fish for dinner ('again' stede adds curtly). and stede shows you to your room and tells you about all the furniture and art in the place and how 'none of it is stolen, if you were wondering'. and there's a lot of erotic merman art in the gift shop. and the place is quaint but you can't sleep because the owners are having fucking buck wild sex downstairs so it makes it hard to make eye contact with them at breakfast.

Love when a hit TV show and its stars realise overtime that their fanbase is predominantly queer people and women, and that said fanbase are actually really cool, and gradually over time this exact thing happens;

*during the first few seasons of the show*

male lead: You guys think our characters are gay for each other?? Pssh! No! I’m straight and thus my character is straight!

the actor who that guys character is shipped with: *yelling from a distance* NO THEY’RE RIGHT ITS SUPER GAY!

*a few years later*

Male lead: Alright, they’re shippable. But it’s not like they’d fuck eachother.

Male lead: Oh, my character? Yeah, I’ll admit, pretty damn gay. The fan art has convinced me.
