Feeling good! 💪🏻
I’ve started stretching my knees out four times a day (when I wake up, before I workout, after I workout, and before I go to sleep) and it’s helped with the pain so far. I told myself if I had to work out every other day I would be okay but I felt pretty good so today was day 2 but I might rest tomorrow 😄
37 lbs down and I’m getting a digital scale tomorrow because my old raggedy scale is not cutting it! 😌✨
