One last step to surgery

I only have one more weigh in. As of Friday I completed all of my pre-surgert requirements! Monday is my next weigh in. (Or it may be Tuesday I need to double check Monday morning). I'm excited, and nervous. Mostly excited. I want to be healthy. I've also started going to the gym however. Which is fine, but I also have a habit of over doing the weights... I'm afraid I've gained muscle and so it will skew my weight loss. This is the first month I've felt like I've actively lost weight. (Even my first month when I lost 14 pounds I didn't think I lost any). My point being... is this going to be like a math test and I think I've fixed something but instead I fucked up hard core? Anyways. I hope they can do the surgery when I want it done. It will make life far easier for me.

Day 6th liquid diet

I caved and ate real food yesterday. I feel sad about it. But I’m human and make mistakes. Here’s to trying again. I'm down 10 pounds! I have RNY surgery in 8 days??? It’s getting closer. I CAN DO THIS!!!

Day 5 liquid diet

It's getting easier. Not as hungry. But I do crave real food. Mainly cause I live with my mom, gram and boyfriend and they're always eating. Which is hard!!! But I'm doing good so far. I'm still tired. I slept a lot today. But I think I need to get more protein in. So I'll be working on that. 9 days till surgery!!!! 😳
