As you can probably tell, my art style is very detailed. But, I want to make traditionally animated TV shows. So I tried making some little animation-friendly WOF tribe headshots. This is the first time I've tried something like this, and the other tribes I'm still working on, but let me know what you think or things you think I could improve on.

smth ive noticed is that i keep changing up my wof designs but nonetheless they always have some sort of similarity between them. oh well!!!!

Rainwings are the only other tribe that would be able to communicate in aquatic. By shifting their scales to match all of the biolights on a Seawings body. (EX.)

Now due to the obvious fact that they can't make them glow they instead would need to brighten the colour or have a specific colour they turn when the scale is used or make them appear like they are glowing.

Like if they make the scales light blue then switched to bright yellow when that scale is being used or just a brighter shade of blue. And even if they were in the water switching from blue to yellow would be visible because the yellow would turn bright green.

Idk, just a really cool thought, I'm totally going to use this idea in my own art and writing.

some notes about them: if you don't recognize some of the RainWings in the last drawing, dont worry!! some of them are my own characters that i'm adding to my rewrite to enhance it (plus also for fun bc i love them and i am cringe but i am free)

also!! in my rewrite the NightWings and RainWings share festivals sometimes!!! They exchange dances and stories!!!!! they heal and forgive and become so much stronger as tribes because of it!!!!!!

as for the MudWings, there's not too much to say, i love them. they are so shaped and underrated. they deserve to be gone ham on.
