We played around at the gym today so i wanted to talk about something that is epic, fun and a good workout - TIRE FLIPS! 🔥🔥🔥 - Tire Flipping is a complex movement that will increase your overall strength, flexibility and coordination. - It is excellent at increasing your work capacity as it will drain you quick. - Can be used in a variety of ways to emphasize what energy system is used. Different sizes can be used also. Suggestions: 1.) Try doing as many as you can for 30 secs. Rest 1 min. Repeat. 2.) Try doing as many as you can in 5 minutes! (Talk about a challenge) Or. 3.)
