Getting back into spin after a bit of time off
Started counting my macros and it’s really interesting to see what’s in my food. Makes me put more thought into what I’m eating!
Also, just noticed I’ve hit 1000 followers 🥳 thank you everyone who has supported me!
Making some plans for End of this week and for the next one. Going to art class on mondays, starting next week im going to workout classes starting with kickstart program^^ So hyped
And working most of the weekend. Can’t Wait to become busy for Real. This month I’m stopping with pool and swimming. And decided for Real workout classes. My Room is Such a mess as you can see in the pic. Have to get that solved tomorrow. Also will try to rollerblade more with these warmer days. Also yoga me time on weekends^^

𝘊'𝘔𝘖𝘕, let's get going with the 𝘊𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘎𝘳𝘪𝘱 𝘊𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴 + 𝘍𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘴!
𝐓𝐢𝐩𝐬:
- Keep elbows close to the rib cage for the chest press, with dumbbells floating right below the chest
- For the flies, keep a slight bend in the elbows to protect your joints
- Do not let elbows touch the ground for the entire exercise
𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘢𝘮 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝟿𝟿.𝟿% 𝘪𝘯𝘫𝘶𝘳𝘺 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘸!!! I had been dealing with a trapezius muscle tweak for about the last 10 days, and... not gonna lie, I'm kind of a baby when it comes to injuries! I get SO frustrated with myself for not listening or taking better care of my body when it obviously needed me to. Luckily since my workouts are all led by professional trainers, I get injured A LOT LESS than I used to... injuries were unfortunately a regular part of my fitness routine when I was just guessing what I should do, and I never got results from the constant yo-yoing! Part of being consistent in our fitness journey is just staying healthy enough to be able to move our bodies as often as we want to! I feel so lucky that my injury was so small that I was still able to keep up with my workouts, and it was a good reminder to 𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐍 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐲 𝐁𝐎𝐃𝐘!
