So, for whatever reason, the Justice League are fighting Phantom, thinking he's evil or suspicious and trying to bring him to the watchtower or whatever, but of course Phantom isn't cooperating, either not trusting the JL/being bitter they didnt show up to help Amity Park/whatever

UNTIL... One of Clockworks' notes show up, and Phantom pauses to read it, before surrendering to the JL, saying he'll follow them.

Now obviously, the JL are confused and suspicious, but eventually come to the (wrong) conclusion that Phantom is just a lackey or something, and that the person who wrote the note is the real mastermind manipulating this poor innocent super-powered teenager.

Danny finds this all either hilarious, or stupid. Probably both.

I’m currently thinking about an AU where the Justice League confuse Danny for Jason.

Like, they know Batman’s second Robin met an unfortunate end, & now his newest partner is the ghost of an upbeat, scrawny, teenage boy.

Excuse them, for thinking the ghost being Batman’s dead son was more believable then Batman somehow having picked up not just another stray, but a dead one. How did he even do that?

Bonus points if Jason is very much so resurrected already, but none of the bats told the justice league because apparently Gotham’s newest crime lord, who’s 6’ whatever & built like a brick shithouse, isn’t obviously the same malnourished little kid that used to say “Robin gives me magic!” & literally died. Who knew?

Idea:

Pink Diamonds daughter!reader

Basically: same thing with what happened in Steven universe but no gem war or wtv

Pd takes a (not so) covert trip to earth, meets Bruce Wayne blah blah blah you know what happens next (classic neglect n all that y’all know the drill)

Fast forwarding to PDd!Reader, who knows there is a DRASTIC difference between them n their siblings (healing powers, rapid plant growth boosting, their eyes n hair) but never really figured out why, Bruce avoids them like the plague (cuz they look like their mother but he says it’s cuz of their powers), none of their siblings acknowledge let alone respect them, and even Alfred is too busy being pulled thin between all of his responsibilities (which may or may not be intentional from the batsibs but that’s neither here nor there)

School life is shit, home life is shit, they’re pretty much isolated from anyone, and the garden is barely their only source of solace (the others don’t mess with them when they’re gardening, last time someone tried a giant thorn ball blocked everyone out for weeks), and the galas are ASS to be at

Constantly being taunted, mocked, bullied, harassed, etc etc, is tolling on reader and they’re at their wits end and on the verge of losing control of their powers (which they have no idea how to control in the first place)

UNTIILLLLL some gems get sent down to figure out wtf was going on and where their diamond was, only to find this random teenager with her gem in their stomach who kinda looks like her

Cue confusion, angst, n a BIG identity crisis

Writing Ideas/Concepts: Fairly Oddparents

It wasn't long after Cosmo and Wanda arrived that they saw how bad it was.

Words on a page never were enough to prepare them for their new charges.

Timmy Turner.

• Neglectful parents

• Abusive babysitter

• Power hungry teacher

• Bullies

Sure, the kid had a few friends, but sometimes they would just ditch him at the drop of a hat.

The kid was lonely until they came along, they had to be there when his parents wouldn't.

Openly cheering when they were going somewhere and leaving Timmy behind with the babysitter. Too oblivious when he would ask them to check his homework or to even play with him, waving him off as if he was a burden.

It was rare, but it had happened before, when Faries would ask to adopt their kids. Sometimes it was just too much, all the wishing in the world couldn't protect or make the kids happy staying in that environment. It was after Cosmo and Wanda had Poof that they asked Jorgan if they could take in Timmy.

Despite being a thorn in his side and a problem child, he knew Timmy was a good kid, and when he would check in, he saw just how bad it was. He's seen it betore and knows how it can escalate. So, he grated them permission that if Timmy wanted to, they could adopt him as their son, however he had to be made aware, that if he accepts, his existence will have to be wiped.

Timmy accepted.

He was packed up and taken to Fairy World, where his new life would begin.

I have a concept; a changeling baby who replaces a human baby, but as they grow up with the human parents- who are none the wiser- they learn how compassionate humans can be and slowly but surely forget about life in the fea world. They embrace their family and even begin to believe this is where they truly belong.

But as they grow up, it is made clear how different they truly are. They may look human, but they are nothing like the other human children at school. Teachers wrap their fear as worry, kids either laugh at them or are intimidated by them, and the neighbors dont trust them. Even their loving mother and father begin to wonder about them. Even so, they stay.

And years later, when the changeling is an adult, they find out the truth of their origins. They are horrified to learn of their original purpose, but they keep it secret. Unsure of what their not parents would do with this information. But they choose to dive into the world of the fae to find themsel-... no, the child they had replaced.

Even if their human parents will no longer love them, even if they will be cast out of both the human world and the fae world, it is only the right thing to do. Is it not?
