The YJK and JJK crew relationships post YZV, Part 1:

Jaina knows about her fans, the affections she's garnered from the galaxy, the Jedi, her fellow pilots, and half the Jetii'Mando armsmen she's fought alongside during or after the war. She's aware of the...tension between her and Zekk, and Dani, and Mirta, and to an extent Tenel Ka. And she's not comfortable with it. She cares for them all, dearly, deeply, but her duty, as a protector, as a Jedi, is much more comfortable.

Her relationship with Jag is by comparison much simpler. He's her wingman, the only person who knows how she thinks and can match her in a dogfight without the Force. He's not Jacen, but between their exchange of wits and teasing him about his crush on Jay Syndulla, it's comforting.

Zekk is not Tenel Ka's lover, despite the persistent rumours that surround the new Queen Mother's mysterious bodyguard, silent and unknowable in his Jensaarai armor. He does, however, stay with her in bed, holding her when the pressure of Court mounts and the absence of her mother and daughter cut the deepest.
