Are you addicted to chaos or struggle? . Do you have to be backed into a corner before you decide something different? . Recognize if this is a pattern for you... . ...I know it was for me. And still can be if I allow it. I was conditioned at a young age to think 🤔 shit had to be hard. . The truth is most of society is conditioned to think this way... . “no pain no gain”, . Or “if it isn’t hard it isn’t worth it”, . Or only through “blood, sweat and tears” 😭 . Because then you’ll show your #worthiness...right? . This “forcing things” through shear willpower is the opposite of co-creating with the Universe. . It is the opposite of being in alignment. . Yes force can get some shit done...but it won’t feel pleasurable and it will always feel like struggle, and your results will be marginal and fleeting unless you continue the “good fight”. . There is a #highertruth available to you. . Being “in the flow” and alignment vs state of force doesn’t mean you will sit on your coach and wait for shit to happen magically, . It simple means you connect with your intuition FIRST...and then take inspired actions that come to you. . And the action won’t feel like force...it may be a bit scary because it will get you out of your comfort zone...but under that it will feel inspired, exhilarating and like the next right step. . This is when BIG ideas💡come to you... . Big ideas that FEEL so good you can’t help but take action. . You get to choose...do you want force and struggle...or alignment and flow? . One of the most beautiful revelations I had in writing my poetry book was this - realizing that we are forever evolving, forever changing, and forever becoming.
We aren’t stuck in one place. We aren’t going to cease to grow, or to move. We are always molding into a new person, influenced by what we face, what we conquer, what we overcome.
We are infinitely new, and no amount of pain or brokenness can hold us back from the potential we have to be, to begin again.
And so, in light of #DayOfTheGirl and feminism and female empowerment, I just want to let you know that you are forever growing, healing, building, breaking, becoming. And that is so damn beautiful.

Trust The Process!
You may not be who or where you want to be yet, but you’re on your way. You are becoming and it is beautiful and it is enough. A lot of times as humans we face many trials that constantly cause us to fail God. We want to be like Jesus so bad that we get frustrated when we mess up. Don’t beat yourself up during the process. God is still molding you and He has already been working in you. It may not be at the pace you want it to be, but slow progress is still progress. The bible says that there is a time for everything (Ecclesiastes 3) and to not be anxious about anything, (Philippians 4:6) but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God! God is already working in you, just remember that He makes all things beautiful in its time. (Ecclesiastes 3:11)
