Thinking about,, betrayal. Specifically sunkiss betrayal because 'betrayal on lifesteal' is not something I can even speak on with certainty.

But okay so Derap betrays and its with words, both to himself and others. Its information, its the selling of locations and things that end in deaths, but he never gets his own hands dirt. On one level its practical, Deraps not a good fighter, one of the worst on the server (even if we blame the ping issue). But on another level... its the only way Derap 'can' betray. The way he justifies it to himself, the way its not his fault, the way he is still innocent and a victim of it all. Because although Derap doesnt care about if hes a good person or not, he still doesnt want to be a bad person. He wants to be morally superior to others, even if on the scale hes only B tier.

He doesn't tell them about the traps Zam built to run away through. He doesn't tell them about the base under Vitalasy's house. What he tells them anti-information, anti-location, anti-death: that Zam isn't using a base they already know about, which is false, which—that little kid saved your life.

He claims his only intentions to concretely betray would have been to give Jepexx or Bacon hearts if Atlas had ever killed them; making himself a mirror, as ever. (No banned players to revive.) No deaths. (Just Woogie's, and Manepear's...)

It's Derapchu. It's sunkissed. He swallowed all his resentment about Bacon and Balance to be the perfect supportive teammate who's not even allowed to be explicitly making choices based on what Zam wants and it oozed out in deranged shooting himself in the foot trying to 'teach her' how it feels to be betrayed by your teammate giving hearts to your enemies—though honestly watching how Zam handled Bing and Vitals, I can't really argue it didn't work.
