So in Finland they've got a really cool test for assessing how dogs will react to a bear. To make it humane for every party involved they made a remote controlled taxidermied bear on wheels, use bear scent, and hidden speakers blasting bear sounds. A good bear dog will instinctively bark and stand its ground, an undesirable dog will either act disengaged or overly fearful. The test can be used for prospective hunting dogs, nonlethal wildlife management, or just with pets to learn how your dog might react to a real bear encounter. Also it's very silly to watch
